The hotel was just fine for my purpose. Last minute decision to travel during this busy time of what was going on in New Orleans. The room overall met my immediate need; however, just two weeks ago I stayed in a very nice room where you need to insert your room key in order for the elevator would move. I was wanting to have some very comfortable, update bed covering, soft, more pillow only 3 for a King side bed here; I had six big fluffy pillows and a long pillow roll. Again, this hotel met my immediate need. A great thing also was that I was able to check in before 3pm. I arrived about 3 hours earlier. The continental breakfast was GREAT. Lastly, my bill was cheaper than what my card was charged for. Thanks, "Great Time in New Orleans"

Location. Room set-up - unable to view TV except from the bed. Most of the staff could not speak English. Room smelled of (someone else's) food every time I entered. Unable to sit and watch TV - had to be in the bed.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was clean and the food was not too bad. It was located close to the airport for easy access.

The location was convient to airport. They were changing the carpet and started at 8:00am pulling out of the halls making to much noise. The hotel was very convient to the airport and nice restaurants. They should have closed floors while they are trying to renovate the hotel. This looks bad when the hallways and common areas are being updated.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle service stops at 11 PM. Very nice and standard airport hotel very close. Overall experience was good though.

The cleanliness. The sheets didnt stay on the bed, they slipped off. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

I enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpool. The room was clean and the bedding was soft. I really enjoyed this hotel. The price was reasonable and I enjoy the pool and the continental breakfast.
