Our daughter's club volleyball team stayed at the hotel while attending a three day tournament. I personally would never return to this hotel. The room smelled terribly, the smoke alarm cover and wire were hanging from the wall, the door didn't shut properly unless shut tight, the carpet was filthy, room very dusty, bathtub floor creaked continuously, wallpaper was peeling from the wall. We have stayed at much nicer and cleaner hotels for less money (recently, too). Your hotel is in desperate need of renovation.

No complaints. Nice rooms. Very nice beds. no problems with airport noise. Only stayed one night then left but, had no problems or complaints.

Staff, pool, weight room andrestaurant. in sister hotel. T.V. didn't work, Shower didn't hold a constant temperature. I do like the idea that the hotels in the area are all connected, for services. Although I will not stay at that particular hotel again.

We stayed 5 nights while attending a conference at a local university. Our room was very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We especially enjoyed making our own waffles every morning. We also appreciated the free internet and free parking. The hotel is right at the airport, but we were never disturbed by planes taking off or landing. This hotel was a great value, and we were very comfortable there.

This hotel is on the airport property and is thus convinient for early departures or late arrivals. Rooms are somewhat less than well insulated from hallway noise, I had no issues with outside airport noise though. Room was very clean, beds comfortable and plenty of fresh towels, linen, and pillows.

Public spaces were nice and receptive. Carpet needed to be replaced/old and dirt.

We stayed here for one night, and that was too long. As soon as we walked into our room we could smell cigarette smoke even though it is "smoke-free". I thought if we ran the air for a while it might get better. It didn't. Then I realized that right under our second floor window was a disgusting ash tray. People would stand there and smoke and the smell came right through our air vents. It was a lot worse at night when we were trying to sleep. There were huge cob webs in the corners( my daughter was afraid there were spiders in them) , the curtains were full of dust and the wall paper was hanging off one of the walls. Very tacky looking. When we asked a man at the desk for clean towels in the morning we were told they could do that if we would bring down our dirty ones so they could exchange them.....exchange them??? We did find a maid on our floor that gave us new ones without question. My kids did eat breakfast there, the cereal at least. I couldn't get past the hard boiled eggs laying there under a dome. Not too appetizing. I will never stay somewhere "cheap" again. It's worth it to pay a little more. The next night we stayed at a place right at Easton, more money, and worth every penny!!

The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The sleeper sofa was pretty uncomfortable to sit in. Breakfast was really good. The only place to eat within walking distance was Mc Donalds. The alarm clock did not work. They do not have an elevater, thank goodness we were on the first floor. I would stay there again. I stayed a year ago and the price had went up $25 Since then which I thought was a pretty good jump.

Location, security, quiet andgreat beds. Very good experience - no negatives. Very good-very comfortable new beds and the hotel didn't have that worn look that you see at so many airport hotels.

"We stayed here before a flight out of Columbus. The airport offers free airport parking for 5 days and only charges $5 for each additional day. They have a shuttle which was very quick and always available. The rooms was very clean and newly updated. The breakfast included sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffles."

"My son and I stayed here while visiting family/friends. First room we occupied had a very sour smell. Switched rooms following day with no problem. All staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. More attention needed to housekeeping, such as trash under beds. Maintenance, such as uncaulked bathroom sink and burned-out bulbs, could also use improvement."
