Check in was quick and easy. Parking was good and good lighted area.. Everything was good. No complaints.

This hotel is really nice when you get in the room, however we had issues with people breaking in our cars in the parking lot. The guy that was parked across from me had his window broken out and his GPS taken. I had 2 of my tires slashed. When we went to say something to the hotel staff about it they just looked at us. I asked if they covered anything that happend in the parking lot and she said no. She said that they have security but they are not there 23/7.The lady at the front desk told me that this was something that happens to them often. In my opinion with this happening as often as it did you would think that security would be something they would want to invest in to take care of their guests. I would not recommend you staying at hotel. It just seemed with all the stuff that went on they didnt care one bit about it. I would rather pay a little more and stay somewhere that was safer. This is not a safe place especially if you have children.

This hotel looks dreary and drab. Wallpaper pealing, pieces of molding missing. Front Desk was rather indifferent. Also, and this is important, the hotel requires a U-Turn to get to if you're coming from I-85 and another U-Turn if you're going to the airport.

It was close to the airport. It was not worth the money. A reasonably clean and comfortable stop for one who is planning an air journey. It is very near Charlotte-Douglas international and meets basic needs.

Vehicle broken into first night; staff could care less! Did not show one ounce of compassion. Hot breakfast was joke - thankful for bagels and cream cheese. Cleaning staff was the best thing of whole visit.

The Comfort Suites Hotel was not very pleasant. The hallways smelled like cigaretted, as did the room, bed, and pillows. The receptionist refused to print my boarding pass for me although she was fully aware that the quest's printer was out out of order.

Staff and the breakfast. No smoking. Overall the hotel was pretty good, the carpet in the room could be replaced and screens on the windows. I appreciated the cleanliness.

The room was clean and the loaction was good. There was a car honking in the parking area all night. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room smelled bad and I did not get a good night sleep due to a car honking in the parking area all night.

location is not good, not easy to get to, no good restaurants close, not enough parking, breakfast foods are not restocked, not a suite just a large room. you can find better hotels at this rate

Indoor pool. Sheets were not clean, had to ask for more and the ones they brought were the wrong size. Besides the sheets apparently being left over from the last guest, and the breakfast seeming a little non-fresh, it was a good hotel stay.

How clean the building was, inside and out. No close entrance from the interstate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the charlotte area. Again we applaud with the cleanliness of the facility. A+.

Indoor pool was unclean and cold. The staff was friendly. The suite room was a nice size and clean, but was not equipped with anything for the kitchenette. The indoor pool was cold and extremely dirty!
