We loved the location and the beach. But the room was dusty particularly the lamp bases. We would run our finger along them and create dust bunnies. The bathroom floor was dirty especially under the vanity, in the corners. The shower water was the color of tea when we first turned it on. The entire room desperately needed to be remodeled. Very disappointing.

Based on my stay at this hotel I would not book a room at this hotel again. On the first day, the bath only had towels for two. After requesting them at the front desk, I was told that they have given out all their towels for the day. Thus, we ended up using beach towels for our showers that night. The next morning I spoke with the housekeeping person and requested towels for three. Upon arriving back at our room that night .... we only had ONE towel and again at the desk I was told that none were available. On our last day ... we received NO housekeeping whatsoever. Our room was never serviced. The front desk personnel were nice and apologized, however I would not stay at this hotel again. Friends staying there for the week also had major problems with getting their room cleaned. Apparently this wasn't an isolated issue. On the plus side, the beach was nice and we were not far from any of the attractions or restaurants.

It had a pool directly on the beach. There were cockroaches! Not really impressed and not clean.

Location on the beach. Dirty rooms. For the price, this beach front hotel had a great location. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice. The free wireless internet was an added convenience. Unfortunately, the rooms were filthy and poorly maintained. There was literally food trash under the bed which we found while searching for the TV remote. We never did find the remote. After calling the front desk we were told to come down and get a replacement (that didn't work either).

Right on the ocean. Did not have an individual balcony so we could leave curtains open to see ocean. The grounds were very dirty. Our room was dusty. The beds and bathroom were clean though. The area for making coffee was very inconvenient. You had to unplug the refrigerator and use that plug for coffee. The room for the continental breakfast was very small. Not enough room for number of people. But, staff was very friendly which made up for a lot.

Location only. The beds. The cleaning people had put down carpet powder and did not vacuum it up. The carpets were filthy. The beds are extremely small and well worn to say the least. The pool was also filthy. The tiles around the edge were black and there were cigarette butts all around.

It was very clean. The staff seemed annoyed by guests. Very clean and great location. Amusing that they won't allow you to make your own breakfast. They have a staff member that guards the waffle maker. Not an attitude of service more like a guard.

Your staff was wonderful. Elevator, too small. Love the lady at waffle iron, really sweet. Your whole staff was wonderful and the view, breathtaking, even though it rained. Thanks I will be back!

Location on the beach. Not very clean, beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. It was ok. The staff is nice and the location is good. Our coffee maker had old coffee with mildew in it (gross). The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. I'm glad we were only there for one night.

The location only. Poor customer service. We checked in; I asked for a cot three times; I had to go get one myself; the day I needed fresh towels (second day there); it was 3 pm before I saw a housekeeper ; I got what I needed myself. I bagged up my trash, it was a very bad experience for being on spring break vacation.

The beach access from pool area. The front dust clerk was rude and curt. Extremely clean, ocean view and access were pleasant. Clerk and staff are not friendly. Would not recommend to families.

Convenient location to beach. Parking crowded almost hit a wall. Good for an overnight stay. Would not recommend for several days.

Nice rooms. Where it was located. It was a nice hotel if your family is on a vacation but not for some one on spring break.
