Very good choice. I would stay here again. There are not enough parking spots however, very difficult to park after 10pm, and there were extra fees to park not covered in the package.

Staff went out of their way to answer questions and give directions, food recommendations. We were bitten by bed bugs. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff saved this from being a truly bad experience. If not for them, I would have rated it much lower. The Internet went back and from being extremely slow to not working at all. We asked for assistance, and the person who came out to check the router said it was because our computer did not work (which was definitely not the case) and couldn't fix it; the room was small, with a handicap shower that ran water all over the bathroom floor and we were kept up by bed bugs at night and by morning we were both bitten pretty badly.

The pictures are so misleading, its a disgusting little hovel. The rooms you book are not going to be available, they'll put you anywhere they seem fit, no matter how many are in your party. When we went to our first room, the bed had hairs on it. We were so disgusted, they finally came to our room after 2 hours of complaining to change the sheets. The bathroom was handicap accessible and some great designer decided that for the shower to drain the entire bathroom floor would get wet (drain in the middle of the floor). If you weren't handicap when you went into the room you would be when you left. We switched rooms to a room that stunk of bedpans and rotting wood. It was so small that they managed to fit a king sized bed with 12 inches on each side, you literally couldn't open the dresser draws because the bed blocked them. The amenities in this place are stomach turning. Once you walk into the pool area you are hit with a smell of port a potties, they decided to place an unclean bathroom smack in front of the pool area. Brave enough to go into the water? My suggestion, run away. Don't think give this place another thought. If someone mentions comfort suites, kindly say NO THANKS, i'd rather not catch something.

Great hotel for the price. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Staff was very helpful and quick with requests. We arrived sooner than the check in time and they were able to get us in a room early. The breakfast each morning was just O.K. but better than others I've had at other hotels. Overall a great experience. The noise from the pool area was a little loud so if you want it quiet, get a room away from the pool. They closed the pool at 10 p.m. though and after that was very quiet.

This hotel was clean and had a great breakfast. My room was smaller, but I do believe they have larger ones available. However, if you are on a budget, and want to be close to alot of different attractions, I would recommend this hotel. It is nothing special, but it is affordable, and will get the job done. Think of it this way, how much time do you really spend in your hotel room when you are sightseeing in San Diego?

It was comfortable and the price was good too. They had room service from Hunter restaurant big plus. Thin walls could hear neighbors. The hotel was convenient off the freeway and close to everything.The service was really good. The price was good. The room was comfortable.

I found a mouse in my room. When I called the front desk to let them know, they did not even bother to offer any solutions (e.g. change rooms). Nor did the manager react to my complaint in the morning. She just shrugged it off. The floors are thin as I could hear the people above me as they got up at 3:00 am. Didn't get much sleep. And there was no breakfast to be found. Just coffee. Definitely will not stay there again.

Stayed in a kid suite. Perfect for a family of four. Excellent location. 10 minutes to EVERYTHING! We would stay again. The rooms are nice and have all new everything. Breakfast room in the morning gets crowded the later you eat but the staff refilled food fast.

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub very nice. Good location for what we wanted to do. Only dissappointed was the ad said all rooms have a microwave and refrigerator, but ours didn't.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The continental breakfast was especially wonderful. Going to the pool was very nice for our son. He had a great time. The cleaning staff kept our room very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying for an extended period of time in San Diego, CA.

This comfort inn was not so comfortable. The room was just way too cramped. There was only about an 8 inch space between the end of the bed and the TV stand so you pretty much had to turn sideways to pass through or risk ripping your pants on the TV stand. My wife and I spent 3 nights there with our toddler. I wish we would have known the rooms were so small before we booked. I would have paid more for a little more space. We were also a little surprised to learn we had to pay $5 a night just to park in the parking lot. Shouldn't they just include this in the cost of the room? Come on... The location was convenient. Very close to Sea World and Mission Beach.

When searching for a place to stay we were very concerned about the cost and I guess you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a box to sleep in, this is the place for you. The room was very clean but very small. Super convenient but if I went back to San Diego I would probably spend a little more money for a better room. The breakfast was pretty good but they kept running out of things and the staff didn't seem to anxious to refill the supplies.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Easy access to the freeways and restaurants nearby. The room was very quiet and when we woke up in the morning and found the parking lot full of cars, we were surprised that we didn't hear a thing the night before.

This hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for going to and from Sea World. The breakfast was AWESOME. The pool was not heated but everything else was great so it wasn't a big deal.
