Absolutely nothing andI had a bad time. Everything from its nothing like what it says to customer service. The hotel was alright. The staff was horrible and I waited in the lobby with my parents and girlfriend for 1Hour and 45minutes.

Stayed there for two nights. Room was not cleaned or serviced. When requesting a fix was told of a 20% adjustment that never was made. I was told by the manager that it was not their problem. Stay away if you want a clean and family friendly hotel. When checking out staff was rude and laughed when I told them I would complain to the manager. After talking to her I know why they laughed. These are independently owned so there is little recourse. Spend you well earned money where you will be treated properly!

This was our first time taking our kids to Disneyland. We were happy about the price of this hotel. We got 1 room with 2 beds. The room was a little small but my parents room with 1 bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly!!! Our room was cleaned with the beds made everyday! They even went the extra mile and arranged our kids stuffed animals on the bed and folded their blankets. Very nice touch! The beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Cereal, fruit, waffles, muffins, boiled eggs, coffee and juice. They put the breakfast away right at 9:30am so don't be late! We purchased the shuttle tickets to Disneyland but we must have just missed the ride because we waited and waited and waited for the next one. Overall our stay was GREAT!! No complaints.

The hotel was really clean, the fridge and microwave were a plus. Nothing, everything was perfect. Check -in was a breeze the room was clean and it was quite. I will likely come back next time I'm there again.

<5 mins drive from disneyland, no extra parking expenses and free breakfast that included 4 options for cereal, waffels, breads, muffins / donuts, apple, banana, juice, coffee. Ask for an upper room facing Disney. You can see fireworks from your room. A satellite store is right next door. Fitness room is basic with 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical. Outdoor pool was closed. online travel website had a good deal for *$ off for 3 night stay, sowrked out terrific... Overall very good experience and we will stay here again....

The rooms are spacious and pretty clean. We got a room where the bathroom had not been cleaned very well. I also want to issue a Warning for this Hotel; DO NOT leave any valuables that will fit into someones pocket in your room while gone over the day. We had brought a special spoon and cereal for our son and we left it on the table before heading out for the day, upon return after the room had been cleaned the spoon was missing. I contacted the hotel staff and of course they did not have it in their possesion. I looked all over the room without finding it. I looked through all our bags and found nothing. In conclusion all I can say is that the thief that cleaned our room must have thought it was a silver spoon. Other than that this is a good value for the money and overall clean. It is about 20 min walk from Disneyland, the bus stop is right outside the hotel and an all day pass is $3 per adult. The bus takes about 10 min. We have stayed here before but will not return again.

I liked the quietness of the rooms, there must be good insulation in the walls. The heated pool was not warm at all. Kids were sad. Excellent place for the money. Great breakfast bar, especially if you have children!

We just stayed at this hotel for eight nights. Only spoke to the front desk employees twice, but they were very helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean and nice. Bathroom was too. Daily maid service was good. This hotel is close to the freeway, but we were on the opposite side so we had very minimal noise. Great view of the fireworks from Disney every night. Outside noise was a bit loud after 7 a.m., but we were up anyway and we always take ear plugs when we travel. (A trick my husband uses after staying in hotels for many years for his job.) Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was just right. Just what we have when we are at home. It saved us time not having to go to a restaurant every a.m. Pool was freezing cold, so the kids only used the hot tub once. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no Guest Laundry on sight. Sure would have been nice after eight days of being on vacation. Did not feel comfortable going 4 doors down by myself to do a couple loads while my husband stayed with the kids. The free internet was nice as we were able to check flights and print boarding passes the day before we left. My in-laws stayed in the room next to us and they too enjoyed their stay! Location of this hotel is great as we traveled to San Diego, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Buena Vista, L.A. and it has great access to the freeway for an easy & fast route to the airport. We would stay again.

Good location, near the freeway exit and very close to the disneyland resort. Room very clean, carpet clean, bathroom clean and new. Very confortable queeen bed, good TV cable. Continental breakfast, with fresh fruit, juyce, coffee and the tipycal american donuts. Some problems with the key card and the doors, but the staff fixed the problem very soon. Probably, if you don't want to sleep in the disneyland resort(for the delight of your children), this is one of the better solutions.

The room was just fine. Good for the money. Was only there overnight. I was on the second floor and my window directly overlooked an I-5 freeway on ramp. Was a tad noisy. I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was good quality, it was clean and the bed was nice. TV worked fine. The free WiFi worked perfect. The location of the hotel itself can put you off. It is located next to a shopping center that has seen better days, and the Del Taco across the street seems to attract the homeless. However, the hotel itself is just fine.

This was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I left there feeling exhausted! Also, there was no maid service. They did not come and give fresh towels or make the beds. When I phoned to complain I was informed if you want that service your supposed to request it in the morning. The pool was ok, the hot tub was a little dirty, I didn't get in. There was no lounge chairs, just a few rusty chairs and a small table. We were dissappointed. The breakfast was just cereal and a waffle bar, and the staff was rude. All in all a bad stay.

The Comfort Inn and Suites Anaheim was very comfortable and the staff was terrific. I had a problem with my internet service when I got to the room and went to the front desk for help. They put me in touch with the internet help desk to resolve my problem. The help desk determined that the problem was with my location in the hotel. I went back to the front desk and found a room right down the hall where my internet service worked best. Both rooms were spacious with a table and chairs and a large desk for me to work at. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. There was a coffee pot in the room and coffee available 24 hours a day in the Lobby. A Continental Breakfast is served each morning in the Lobby which included being able to make your own Belgian waffle. The hotel is located 1/2 mile from the Convention Center and numerous restaurants and amenities.

The staff was very helpful and room very clean. There was a crib in our room before we even arrived! There was confusion about when we were supposed to check out (different times according to Priceline vs. staff).

We checked into this Comfort Inn after two horrible nights in another Anaheim property. We really appreciated the quiet room, very comfortable beds, clean and beautiful bathroom with a nice shower, taller shower head and updated appointments. We used the business center and were pleased with it. After a less than adequate breakfast experience at the other hotel, we were very pleased with the expanded continental breakfast and with the staff who worked very diligently to keep coffee and food replenished and the area very nicely cleaned up. The front desk staff was delightful and friendly as well. If we return to Anaheim, we will check with this Comfort Inn first. We recommend it highly.

Staff excellent, easy check-in. Woman gave us lots of hints about bus pick up outside the hotel. Internet price for Disneyland tickets which we bought at the front desk. Pool outside; too cold to use. Room nice and appears newly decorated. Tile and bathroom beautiful. Another review suggested the "city view", much quieter. Breakfast very nice, large selection with 2 Belgium waffle makers. Plenty of room to sit. Looks pain on outside but interior well done. Bed a little hard on the back though.

The service we received from the hotel attendants was wonderful. The pool was a little dirty at times.
