We stayed at this hotel because of the location near the airport. We had a 13 hour layover on our trip both directions. The hotel rooms had a bad smell, and the only two rooms together were unacceptable because the air condition had a leak in one room and made the carpet wet.

Desk staff was very rude in the morning. I was impressed right up until we received a call at 11 am telling us that check out was at 11 am. I had called down at 3 am to ask when check out was and was told noon. When the desk clerk called at 11 am, she told me I must have misunderstood and that the manager would not have told me that, as check out has been at 11 am for five years.

I was traveling to Florida, arrived at the hotel for just an overnight stay. I went to my room and noticed that it was a smoking room. 1st of all I don't smoke, I called the front desk explains to them that this is a smoking and I requested a non-smoking. However after reviewing my itinerary there was a mistake on it did show a request for smoking. I ask the clerk at the front desk was there any available rooms that were non-smoking which of course everyone wants to up sale you something, which I decline. I ask if they had any air freshener they did and I used it however it did help kill the scent of smoke in the room. I just couldn't believe that rooms not available on a Thursday that is the most insane thing if I ever heard it before. People do make simple mistakes and believe me hotels make quite a few however it saddens me that we as consumers sometimes give several hotels the consideration or the benefit of the doubt on their mistakes. However to completely satisfy a consumer such as myself they had the opportunity to do so but FAILED on the job of customer services. Did the clerk sympathize with me NO! But his reaction was whether he knew it or not was ?OH an opportunity to UPSALE her to a Suite? I had a regular room for 1 night stay why would I want a Suite for 1 night that does not make any COMMON OR LOGICAL sense at all. My suggestion is up sale someone a suite if they are staying more than 1 night. Not So Satisfy Traveler

First of all, the ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floors were out of order. The only vending machine was over half empty and still cheated me out of my money. Our room was OK. The chair had a big hole in it along with a big stain right in the middle. The bathroom door handle on the inside was loose and there was no bathroom fan. The only place to eat is a "Piccadilly" restaurant next door and it wasn't very good either.

The hotel stay was okay. It was really missing something, but I can't put my finger on it. I wish the hotel had more amenities that were more suitable for a family and something kids could enjoy. The in-door pool was okay, but really not enough space for enjoyment. Also, when me and my family went to the complimentary breakfast, the front desk receptionist approached my spouse and harassed him about being a guest of the hotel, which I thought was very bias and rude.

Location was convenient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. They were in the process of putting in new furniture.

On way back from the "Big Easy" had a coupon from RoomSaver. Hotel was nice and quiet for the money. But Hot tub was not working and really needed one after a long drive that day. Hotel staff was a bit weird and unrulely, ended up getting a handycapped room where when you take a shower the water goes all over the bathroom floor. Don't ask me but seems to be a safety hazard, mentioned it to the day shift staff and they seemed to not really care. Anyway, if under other circumstances I would stay here again, but when I saw the Clarion across the street take my suggestion and stay there for the same price.

I liked the hotel. Its worth the price. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

It was a very good value for a place to sleep. It was more remote than I had thought. For the money it is a good place to stay. The staff did their job well and was helpful.

Clean enough, decor could use renovation but was fine, service was not extraordinary, and the breakfast was only available during a narrow window of time. The walls are thin

This Comfort Inn was good with a great looking lobby and breakfast area. Room was good and clean. The only thing that was lacking was a good AC/Heater unit- the knobs were off of the unit and the air stunk as it came on. I just kept it off. Don't let this keep you away- it was a good hotel!!

The hotel room had a microwave and refrigerator in it. The room only had one bed. The hotel is adequate if you are staying for a short period of time.

The woman who checked me in was the most gracious person I have ever met. We had a marvelous visit right then and there, made possible by checking in at a lull in the day's activities.

Nothing. Everything was terrible, the bathroom were filled with mold. There staff didn't provide any kind of customer service. It was terrible, on everything around the hotel states that they are not liable for anything. Not enough parking for the guest. Hot breakfast was not even worth to eat. We ended up going to eat out. Staff body language was extremely unprofessional. Bathrooms were disgusting, I had to wear my sandals while I was taking a shower. The staff even asked us if we wanted to check out, without trying to fix the situation. A motel 6, has better rooms then this Comfort Inn.

Just stopping in Atlanta, making an onward connection to overseas destination the following day. Airport pick-up was prompt, location was perfect. Services were excellent. Good choice and would stay again.

Hotel Staff was excellent. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Room was clean for the most part. The blanket did have some burns on it. Continental breakfast was good but not great. I would definitely stay here again. Be careful, seedy part of town is only one wrong turn away. Just remember Alabama Christian Academy is the best school ever.

Hotel was very accommodating with a quick check in and check out. Breakfast was just enough to fill the need before travel home by air. Shuttle to airport was very convenient and a time saver.

I felt like the placedid nickel and dime me for everything. If you're desperate for a place close to the airport, then this is your room of last resort.

Helpful, friendly staff. Pool area was muggy and stale smelling. Overall a very pleasant experience, friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay!
