The hotel was clean, comfortable rooms, friendly service and a nice comp breakfast

I thought the hotel was well worth the money. It was clean and neat and the staff was very good. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. If there was anything negative about the stay, it might be that the staff needs to read up a little on the surrounding sites. I would stay there again if I needed to be in Hurricane, Utah

The pool was nice and continental breakfast was convenient. I had to stay in a smoking room, and it smelled horrible. Good hotel for the money. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was cold and no jets worked.

Front desk staff were very friendly. As soon as we entered in, they welcomed us with a warm smile. I called twice, and both of those times they were more than willing to help. At night around 2, when the heater stopped working, they sincerely apologized and left a portable heater for me. In the morning, they apologized again and made sure my stay was great. Great hotel with great service. Highly recommend.

The room was warm without the heater and the bed was comfortable. All bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. The room was adequately sized. The bed was very comfortable. However, the faucet was covered in corrosion around the spout (yuk!) and the toilet ran continuously until I gave it a temporary fix. Housekeeping didn't seem to take pride in their work; things like replenishing the coffee or replacing the tissue box, etc. weren't done.

Beds were comfortable and the location was where I needed to be. The free breakfast was awful! could charge less and do away with it. Used to stay here all of the time. New owners were not up to par - time has passed so decided to try it again.

We were very satisfied. The staff was fine. We went to Zion and it was a little far almost an hour but for the money it was VERY good.

Friendly staff. Mold on shower curtain, carpet in room filthy, feet black if barefoot, breakfast tables were filthy, sweet rolls in breakfast 3 day stay, hard as a rock.

This hotel is so dirty. Do not stay there. We asked for a non smoking room and was put next door to a smoking room. When we asked the owner about the smoking next to us he denied it being a smoking room. The owner told us we should have asked for a non smoking area. Our infant son got very sick from breating in the toxic smoking fumes from the room next door. Also in our room we found dirty Q tips, our son picked up a pill that wasn't from us. The bathroom was dirty and behind the toliet was filthy it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned inweeks. The staff was unfriendly, We asked for a crib and got a crib that was broken the bottom had holes in it.

Breakfast was included. Close to Zion national Park. No elevator. Economy class. Had all the basics. Convenient. Expensive for what you got.

The staff was friendly and helpful. If I needed a question answered, they were on the ball with the answer and were helpful overall. Connecting flight to LAS was delayed due to airport closing weather related. I still had to pay for the room for the first night we missed. The staff was great and wonderful to work with. The hotel needs more updating as it is looking too dated, rust stains, the beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable, the pool/hot tub area needs a total overhaul and more care of the miniature golf area is needed. On the plus side, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator and microwave, free internet connection, a continental breakfast and the view from the front of the hotel is nice. The backside view is of a lot full of semis and equipment. A screen of trees along the border would help this tremendously. I will be staying here again and wanted to point out that the staff made a big difference in my choosing to return.

We stayed three nights. The second day they did not come in to clean the room, bring towels or replenish paper supplies. It was not a good experience and we would not stay there again.

we had febulas stay at comfort inn zion ut, very clean room, great services, excelant breakfast

The girl at the front desk was friendly. Our room would not lock from outside; no bottled water machines. We stayed for 2 days during a grueling seminar schedule. Our door would not lock from the outside; unfortunately, we did not have a lot of time during which we could pack up and move rooms. The front desk was never able to fix our lock so the safety of our belongings was in question. The common areas were being retargeted so it was hard to tell what it was going to look like. The man at the front desk was impolite but Becky was very nice.

Beds were very firm, HVAC set off smoke alarm. The rooms were clean, however the beds were extra firm, much too firm for our liking. The HVAC was as in most motels about ten decibels less noisy than a jet turbine engine, and started smoking enough to set off the smoke alarm.

The staff is rude. The manager dodges complaints. The pool is filthy. Our rooms stank of chemicals. They attempted to charge us extra for a dog that never came near our room. To top it off they do not ever uphold comfort inn's 100% satisfaction guarantee. Do Not Stay Here!
