location was ok for us.

Clean, friendly staff. Easy to find. We were pleased with the hotel. It was close to Yosemite and a very nice golf course. The room was clean and the staff helpful.

Good quality hotel in close proximity to the south side of Yosemite. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good towels and clean, sanitary bathrooms. Breakfast was good continental with the option of making your own waffles, which we did. Staff were accomodating and agreeable. Good price. I recommend this inn.

Room very clean. No elevator.

Clean and comfortable motel environment. Basic breakfast bar included. Convenient to local Oakhurts restaurants. About a 15 - 20 minute winding drive to the south entrance of Yosemite. Also nearby Bass Lake worth checking out for a day.

Free WiFi and continental breakfast. The water in the room had a yellowish tinge (sink, toilet, shower). The hotel comes as advertised. It's a 2-star hotel with easy access. The water in the room had a light yellowish tinge to it that seemed to come and go. The WiFi access is a plus and the continental breakfast and waffles was unexpected. Same day travelers were offered a better fare when I was checking in.

Stayed one night in Sept. 2008. The room was satisfactory. The woman who was staffing the continental breakfast room was really grouchy and very rude to everyone. There were some foreign tourists there, and I was really embarrassed by how she talked to them. She was very nasty to me when I asked her if there were anymore trays. After I heard her being rude to some people from another country, I commented to her that she was grouchy and I it was the way she spoke to people that was the problem. Another man said she had treated him the same way. It just put a real negative end to an OK stay.

We stayed here recently while touring the Yosemite area. We had our 2 small dogs with us and found this to be a very pet friendly place to stay. Staff was helpful, hotel was a bit crowded while we were there with a bus load which meant they were all occupying the same common areas at the same time, but the staff easily accomodated all their guests comfortably. Expanded contintal breakfast was well done. Staff was friendly and eager to help make our stay the best experience.

OK at the price paid. Rack rate way too pricey for the quality of hotel. Quite adequate for the price. People were friendly.

Hotel was good for the price paid in the area, and fairly close to Yosemite. It was clean but it fell very warm for the first the first 3 or 4 hours since the temperature outside was so hot and the air conditioning was not on. Rooms are very clean but already need some updating. Water heater worked very well as there was very hot water in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was a plus - a continental breakfast with waffles, cold cereal, and muffins (its free so you can't complain about it).

The breakfast area was very crowded. The air conditioner switched off in the middle of the night. This is a pretty basic hotel with reasonably clean rooms. The two queen bed room that we stayed in was quite comfortable, with a small fridge and TV. At night, I noticed that the AC got switched off - but came on again in the early morning! The breakfast is simple and adequate - waffles, cereals and toast - but the breakfast area is quite small and can get very crowded. Overall, a decent, basic place to stay -and a bit costly at the time we went, on Memorial Day weekend.

We stayed here for one night. The room was adequate. We had a non smoking room and didnt smell any smoke. The check in & out staff was friendly, but the breakfast staff was grouchy. Its an okay to place to rest for the night. p.s. If going to Yosemite, dont take hwy 41--extremely curvy, made us all car sick.

Very Clean - Allowed my dogs - Super friendly and helpful staff At 1am in the morn someone was bouncing a basketball against the wall - the staff took care of it in a timely manner. Expensive for what it is Nice people, Clean hotel, allowed animals. Great jumping off point for any wilderness experience.

This hotel had a fire and is still remodeling. The room smelled of smoke. The breakfast was pitiful and poorly planned. If they are going to stay open while remodeling, the customers should be informed of the problems. We were not told anything. What if someone has asthma?

View from room was nice. Some of the staff was not very friendly nor helpful. Adequate room, nothing special. I wouldn't recommend for extended stays, nor romantic getaway. Bed was very comfortable. If you plan on spending most of your time traveling the area (Yosemite). Great bed, waffle breakfast. There is a microwave & refrigerator in the room.

Refrigerator, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron/board, and clean. Not as close to Yosemite as I had hoped, but otherwise terrific!

Good continental/waffle breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable, clean rooms with friendly staff and good free continental breakfast.

The stay was good. The motel was clean even thought they were in construction after a fire destryed the office.

Hotel was conveniently located outside Yosemite park. Excellent location to Yosemite park grounds. Hotel was clean, and comfortable. Well suited for weekend getaways or family outings.

"Rundown. Part has burned down, construction ongoing. Construction noise/debris, workers park trucks wherever in tiny parking lot. Can hardly get to lobby w/o construction traffic/debris. Renee/check-in, rude, lazy, angry that you're there. Pool ice cold, hot tub 90ish. Man from nearby restaurant came over, ""If you want better hotel, better beds, better rate and friendlier people, go across the street to Best Western."" Room smelled of smoke, sheets paperthin, had cigarette burns - nonsmoking hotel! Heater control was filthy! Washcloth after wiping full of dark greasy grime!"
