Location was convenient. Ventilation was poor in the room. The side access door near our room did not open from the outside. This hotel is passable if you are not fussy about the accommodations and don't plan to spend much time in the room. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room if you don't plan to smoke. The Soda machines are only on the 1st floor.

We spent a total of two night/three days and the whole focus was 'waterparks'. We needed just a place to lay our heads and have a decent breakfast and Comfort Inn filled the bill. A plus for my water-loving niece was the pool which we used BEFORE the waterparks opened! The room was clean and comfortable with all the proper amenities: Hannah Montana on cable and a 'fridge to keep the doggie bags. I would recommend highly: price was right, location convenient, decent continental breakfast, microwave, 'fridge and hairdryer, too! I don't sleep well on hotel beds (as I have a waterbed at home) and this was no exception, but that's my personal quirk. We got there rather early in the day - right at noon - and they let us check in anyway (it was a Friday in early April - off season). Staff was pleasant and the whole hotel stay was non-eventful -- the best kind of hotel stay -- quiet, no drama.

This motel is clean and very comfortable. There was an excellent breakfast, and we were also able to use the computer in the business center. Great reading chair in the room with an ottoman, something I always appreciate. Very good price since it was off season. We were very satisified with our stay.

They were friendly to people who wanted to have a nice comfortable room and continental breakfast. Our room looked like they were in the process of some remodeling--there were no baseboards in the room but there obviously had been there previously. We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly, the pool area was nice and the morning breakfast was adequate for what we needed. The only thing I noticed was that the baseboards were missing in our room but that really didn't affect my stay.

Went to see singer Ray Price at The Grand Crystal Theater. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. VERY good TV channel with FREE HBO. Great powerful shower. Continental breakfast was good (waffles, muffins, cereal, fruit, breads, coffee, milk). Hotel was clean everywhere. Nice & quiet.... saw few kids. Walked to Perkins Restaurant (yummy). Good location off freeway. Will stay again in November when we go to see The Oak Ridge Boys.

Lower fee than many other area resort hotels. Either they are remodeling, or they have terrible decor and cleanliness. Location is nice and is not bad for the area (Wisconsin Dells is a resort area) but not a great value across the rest of the Midwest where I travel. Also, dingy is a word I would use to describe the room and bathroom. They appear to be remodeling, so I'll try them again next year and see if it has changed.

We confirmed our reservations through the internet. When we arrived we were told that because we ordered online we could only get a smoking room. I called and they stated it was a non-smoking room. My mother who is 89 yr old and can't be in any smoke. They stated they were full. we had to leave and go elsewhere. We will never stay at Comfort INN again or its affiliates. The staff did not help us by stating they could spray the room or help us in any way. They could have cared less.

Front desk worker took about 10 minutes to check us in because she was on the phone. When we got to the room, the heat was on high, and we had to put on air conditioning to level it out.

This was a clean hotel and good customer service. One thing to note is they say coffee in the room, that means a pot but you have to remember to ask the front desk for it. You don't even notice it till you wake up in the morning and want to make a pot of coffee. I forgot the second night to ask as well. Think about your morning coffee on your way in!!!

The continental breakfast was amazing! Our room was missing some of the baseboard trim work and was kind of dingy and dull in appearance. The hotel was accommodating. The breakfast was great! Some of the common areas such as the elevator was a little dirty but nothing too bad! It was also very busy that weekend and the hotel was very quiet. I will suggest that more table and chairs be brought down during breakfast time to accommodate large breakfast crowds.

Far enough away from downtown, but still close to get everywhere quickly. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and its location was situated to be close to attractions, but far enough away that traffic near the hotel was good.

It was cheap and available. Room was small, not many amenities. Nice hotel for those on a budget, close to most attractions. If looking for a place to stay 1 or 2 nights, this is a good pick.

Location. Check-in/out times. The location is good, but check-in time is 4:00 which I think is too late. The room, including bathroom was clean. There is a sign in the room stating that there is coffee available 24 hours in the lobby area which I found out not to be true twice during a one night stay.

Right off of the interstate, close to restaurant options. Did not have non-smoking rooms for us when we arrived. Clean price friendly hotel. Normally I stay at a little more upscale hotels, however this was fine. Received good driving directions when we called the hotel direct. Close proximity to nice restaurant selections, including national and local. I would stay there again if my travels bring me back.
