Need maintenance, hallway & rooms carpet cleaned. What I paid was a little more than it should be.
Date of Stay:

Very friendly, complimentary breakfast, parking & local calls. Non smoking rooms are a bit stuffy. My stay was very comfortable. Good location near all amenities. Staff very friendly.

This motel is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The first floor rooms have sliding glass doors which makes bringing luggage and packages into the room a breeze. I have stayed here before and will probably stay on return trips.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
It was reasonably priced and conveniently located. The room was a bit small. This hotel is a good value overall. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but thought it was clean and well-maintained. The room was a bit small for two people, their luggage, and a dog.

Nothing. Far from Windsor, very uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly, this hotel is 15 Canadian dollars in cab fare from downtown Windsor.
Date of Stay:
January, 2009
The staffwas extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were nicely priced. It was very far from downtown Windsor and was not the classiest. It is a good, cheap, one or two night hotel, but it's no Ritz. They staff was wonderful and the hotel was moderate. Don't get me wrong, it was clean and nice, it just had a 70's feel to it, but I would recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. I would recommend this hotel for someone looking for a fairly cheap hotel with a nice, clean environment. The staff was very friendly and helped us get around the city. It is about a mile or two from the downtown area which is very convenient. Yes, I would stay here again.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Good value. Alittle ways from most attractions. It was good. No real complaints.

Hotel clerk was very helpful. Smell in hotel, tobacco and room on each side full of teenagers. Location very busy traffic, main road, clerk at reception was very helpful, friendly.

It was very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. It is very close to my brother's house. Nothing. Great inexpensive hotel. Very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Reasonably close to downtown; lots amenities close by. Small continental breakfast area. This hotel is clean and friendly. No complaints about this location. Recommended.

Complimentary Breakfast. About noisy. Staff is very friendly, cleanliness is acceptable, and A/C is a bit noisy.
Date of Stay:

The place was clean and friendly. No complaint's. It was nice and easy to find.

The staff was great! No pool or lounge area. The staff made things really good. For the star level it was definitely nice. Just no pool or recreation area at all.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was exactly what you would hope for in this type (star-level) of hotel. It was inexpensive, clean, and quiet and the staff was friendly. It's not a luxury hotel by any stretch, but my expectations for this type of place were surpassed.
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
Convenient/housekeeping was very nice. Cleanliness. Hotel was not very clean. Management and front desk staff rude and not helpful.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Good value, friendly and provided everything I expected. Nothing. Parked in my designated spot. Attended in Windsor to attend the Canadian Slo-Pitch championships and required good economical accommodation. We will try this again on our travels to Florida this winter. Good job.
Date of Stay:

Staff was professional and hotel was clean. Multimedia "stand" was of poor quality. No internet/wireless connection. I'd stay here again, but would want a room with internet access, or at least better sound on the TV/radio products. Staff made positive impression, and the hotel was clean. Put against the money I paid, it was a decent deal.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
The hotel was quiet with little outside noise interference. It was too far from restaurants. We anticipated this but were still a little surprised. This hotel is perfect for someone who needs a place to lay their head. It's a little off the beaten path, so you won't be bothered by the night life of Windsor. The flip side of that is that if you want to have dinner at 10 PM like we did, it's extremely difficult to find a place close by.
Date of Stay:

Very clean, large rooms, wonderful continental breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Location is off the freeway very far away from downtown, nightlife, etc. I decided to go to Windsor alone for a rest and relaxation weekend. I booked the hotel and when I saw it on the map, realized it was very much off the beaten path of where Americans go when they visit Windsor. It is off of the expressway and more than a 15 min. Drive to downtown, nightlife, etc. Location aside, this hotel was the nicest comfort inn I have ever visited. It was immaculately clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the free continental breakfast was way more than you would expect: juices, cereals, waffles, oatmeal, boiled eggs, coffees and teas, fresh muffins. Delicious! Daily newspapers are free. The rooms are large and suitable for business travelers, too. Free wife, except the signal kept dropping in my room. Other than the location situation, this hotel is top notch.
