Staff friendly, nice hotel, very glad we picked there to stay

It was clean, safe and convenient. There was nothing that I absolutely didn't like - got what we paid for. A great place to stop when driving across country.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK. But, I didn't realize when booking that it was on the interstate. It was definitely an interstate experience. Bare bones rooms. I have stayed at the Comfort in in Omaha before and for $ more, it is definitely worth it. The breakfast there is the best I've seen and the place has a much more relaxing feel.

I stopped here with my kids after we missed the exit for the Hampton, our usual hotel of choice. We had been driving all day and just wanted to swim and sleep. The front desk attendant was kind, but that is about all I can say for this place. It is a dump. The upholstery on every piece of furniture I saw from the lobby to the hallways to the room was stained. The carpet in the hall was filthy. The wallpaper was peeling off. The room was decently clean except for the hairs found in the bed and embedded in the towels. Huge crack in the ceiling above my bed, I was afraid it might fall. The pool area was just as run down, wall mural peeling off, etc. And the pool was freezing! When 3 boys who have been trapped in a mini-van all day and desperately want to swim won't even get in, you know it's too cold! We sat in the hot tub for a little while and gave up. The continental breakfast wasn't great either. Two self-serve waffle stations, one of which was broken. I watched the attendant putting out more muffins she pulled out of a cabinet, the date on the box was two days before. By then we just wanted to get back on the road. We won't make this mistake again.

When I arrive at the comfort inn I was met by the staff the where evry helpful to me and my kids. I would recommend the Comfort inn to family and friends. And on my next trip to Omaha Ne. I plan on staying there again.

It was clean, the staff was very pleasant and the room comfortable. I was in the Omaha area for business, with additional appointments in Lincoln and Hastings, NE, so it was a convenient location for me. It was also friendly and clean.

The staff was excellent. They were prompt with all of our requests. Out of 4 hotels we stayed in on our vacation this was the only one that had a roll away bed so I didn't have to have one of my 4 children sleep on the floor. The dining area is clean and well organized. The breakfast was great with many options. The room was large, clean and tastefully furnished.

The breakfast was fine and the staff was pretty friendly. Located next to a gravel pit. Only some rooms had fridge and microwave. Rooms were not the best or the worst. Location of the hotel was right next to gravel pit with lots of equipment and truck noise. Some rooms had fridge and microwave which would have been great for our stay which was 5 days.

It was clean and well kept, breakfast was a plus! The housekeeper was a bit pushy.

The hotel was clean and queen beds were nice. The pool was small and only 4 feet deep. The hot tub was definatly not hot, warm at best. The staff was friendly and helpful about helping us find a place to eat dinner. The breakfast offered self serve waffles but come early or you will wait awhile.Had oatmeal, fruit, donuts and ,juice and coffee. We slept well. It was a little farther to the zoo than I had hoped, about 15-20 minutes. We would consider staying again but would probably try for a bigger pool.

"This hotel is at the western edge of Omaha, just off I-80. Rooms were clean and quiet; two queen beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast included cook-your-own waffles, nice pastry assortment, and fresh fruit."
