We stayed here for one night while in Gainesville for a college interview and it was super comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly, our room with one king bed was very spacious, had a kitchenette complete with fridge, sink, cupboards and coffee maker. There were comfy chairs and a table, tv, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. I have learned not to take these things for granted and usually bring everything with when I find a room at an amazing price like this one was through the discount website. There was a pool and hot tub outside which we didn't have time to enjoy but I did see the exercise room walking by and it was big and well stocked. The free breakfast was great! Self-serve waffle maker, hard-boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal, all the usual pastries and bagels, three different juices, coffee... my only suggestion would be some real cream instead of the non-dairy creamers . Overall, the place was clean and comfortable and very well attended. The welcome card in the room said that they wanted their service to be such that guests would rave about it... and it was!

Came to visit my daughter who is at the University of Florida, had a very pleasent stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, I liked the extra pillows they provided. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, many shops and resturants near by and close to the University. I would stay here again and recommend it.

We were in town for a family wedding. Location was great for our needs! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were great and the room was cleaned well yet musty when we first arrived. It took half a day for the musty smell to go away after turning on the air but that wasn't a big deal. A/C worked well which was a real plus since the temps. each day were around 100! Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel room was very spacious, and clean. The staff was very friendly. The employees even take the time to take a personal interest in customers If you are looking for a big continental breakfast you will be disappointed. We really enjoyed our stay, and were returning very soon to the same hotel. We even booked the exact same room. If you are disabled those rooms are fantastic, the showers are huge, and so is the bathrooms. This is the best hotel i have stayed at in Gains ville so far.

Not posh, but very clean and comfortable. Front desk friendly and over all experience pleasant.

Attendant and staff friendly. Desk clerk advised me to park in front lot for security. Back lot looks perfect for looters and car break-ins as it is not readily visible from the main road. I did not see security there and it looks like a great spot for a crook. Be advised.

The staff was courteous. We were in a room in the front and so did not hear any highway noise at all. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was basic but good. For the price, it was a good deal.

The Hotel was very nice. Very friendly staff. The only problem I had was I booked a non-smoking room, and got stuck on the smoking floor which was a mistake by online travel website that they did not fix.

The staff did EVERYTHING possible to make our trip wonderful. I was really shocked since this was a Comfort Inn! My daughter and I traveled alone and we felt totally safe staying here.

Staff was very accommodating, rooms were fantastic, breakfast was best I've had at a hotel. Pool was small, unheated (but clean). I will most definitely stay here again. I arrived very early in the day and they allowed me an early check-in (8:30 am - I did call the night before to give warning). I stayed in two different rooms (due to traveling the region) in the same week and they were both superb. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel and the woman stocking it was very nice. I felt so welcomed!

We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting the University of Florida. From the helpful front desk employees to the gracious and lively breakfast attendant the staff there went above and beyond! Our room was very clean, the beds are amazing, and I very much enjoyed the waffels! Visiting the campus and sites in Gainesville was made much easier as the staff provided excellent recommendations and directions. My wife and I will certainly be staying here again next time we are in Gainesville.

Was only there for the weekend to look at real estate. Quick check-in and check-out, friendly staff, and comfortable beds made this a great value for what I paid. Definitely would stay again if I am in the area.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing I would recommend is that you have a non smoking room do not stay on the floor that has the smoking rooms. The floor has a smoke odor even though the room did not.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast buffet, pleasant experience. This hotel was well maintained. The staff was pleasant. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was great.
