Continental breakfast offerings has improved. Not as convenient to area attractions as other hotels.

"After checking in for two (2)nights, the next day we returned to find all our luggage and medical equipment packed up and removed from room because they mistakenly wrote down one night rather than two. Manager refused to admit their error. Very insensitive to customers."

"Enjoyed our stay at this very clean, friendly motel. Would strongly advise coming to this motel and bypassing Superior motels. They don't hold a candle to it. Convenient to get to. Continental breakfast was great and plenty to chose from."

"This is probably my favorite hotel that I have stayed in while in Duluth. The room was clean, the pool area was great and I loved the continental breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the location."

The pool was great and the helpfulness of everyone. It was very clean, it is also close to a lot of restaurants and stores and again I would like to say that the staff were very helpful.

"The pool was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great. Overall, a very good trip. The room facing the freeway was very loud all night long, but otherwise we had a nice stay."

Clean pool and hot tub. Computer access. New batch of flies crawling on bathroom floor on second morning. I asked for a non smoking room. Room smelled like smoke and must. Did not have a refrigerator or microwave.

Good continental breakfast. Sound level noisy, showers and slamming doors. Staff pleasant and close to were we were going but sound proofing leaves a lot to be desired.

Location for our needs. Room was not clean, poor bed linens, paid to much for what we got. The hotel room had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom. the room color was drab. We had stayed there before and had a better room for the price.
