The hotel was nice. Had a great indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. The staff wasn't very friendly at all. Showed up a little before the 3pm and check in time, and was told I had to wait until 3pm. They allow pets which is great as well.

New rooms. Continental breakfast did not last long enough. The hotel was very nice. Newly remodeled and decorated. Easy to get to and plenty of surroundings for entertainment, shopping, or dining.

Nice hotel, seems to be recently remodeled/renovated. Indoor & Outdoor pools. Nice & clean; front desk personnel very nice & accomodating. Only complaint, a rather small breakfast area for the size of the hotel. Plan on taking breakfast back to your room!

Very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel. I have a pet and it allows pets in special pet rooms and it was very clean. Everyone was friendly and made you feel at ease.

Room was large and clean. No problems traveling with small dog. Check in staff was VERY nice and accomidating. Would stay here again.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn West Charleston, WV was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept location was great. I would definitely recommend this facility if your traveling in this area.

We tend to stay in this family of hotels because our expectations are always met. Once again, this is true with a nice, clean room, good service, a good breakfast served daily. Easy access to Charleston via the Interstate and easy access to restaurants and even a Walmart at the same exit as the hotel. Great Stay!
