The bathrooms in the lobby were not clean and water had overflowed in one of the toilets. One of the staff members was playing on the computer in the lobby and acted rudely when I asked to use it.

Hotel room wasn't clean and though non-smoking, smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Outside doors were propped open.

The front desk staff both in the am and pm were very friendly and quite helpful. The only downfall was the 2:00am barge in by security when the fire alarm was ringing. I assume this was security,they barged in our room and were wearing a security tshirt??? Wish they were a little better identified, maybe a picture badge? Great location to everything, short drive to Canton/Akron airport. Overall nice experience

Nice set up for light breakfast. The noise level in the swimming pool area, sound loud. The hotel was as I expected. the staff was professional and responded to my needs. It was clean.

The comfort Inn west was a very pleasant stay. Everything was wonderful, with one exception...the shower. We had problems with the water going cold during the shower. Besides that it was excellent.

Room was dirty, not enough bedding, tub had to be cleaned then backed up after first use we could not shower, staff was not helpful and worst beds ever

The shower curtain was covered with brown stuff, I don't want to think what it could have been. Then there were several false fire alarms. We were staying with two children and had to wake them up to evacuate. There were no instructions from the staff during that time at all. All of the guests were outside in their pajamas, some holding babies, no one knowing if it was real or not.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The bedspreads were worn, the water in the shower would not stay a consistent temperature, exhaust fan noisy, poor lighting. This hotel needs an overall room upgrade for appearance. It looks dirty & is in some disrepair.

Great location in every way. The mattresses were old. Very uncomfortable. The outer appearance was quite lovely. However, the inside was not as nice. The bedspreads were shabby and had many burn marks. The mattresses were stiff and uncomfortable. The shower water would not maintain a reliable temperature, and varied between warm and cool, sometimes being way too hot, others say too cold, and rapidly changing temperatures. I stayed three nights. Their breakfast was quite good, however, and the staff/management was quite responsive to any of my needs. I cannot fault them in any way for the way in which I was treated.
