We checked in and were suprised with how clean everything was. We were very satisfied with everything and felt quite rested on check out. We were very happy.

Checking in, the room's floor was dirty and stained, the AC smelled moldy, the TV didn't work, and the coffee maker was covered in black, sticky. Trying the pool, we and another family there found it was icy cold. Complaining to the front desk yielded nothing. They later denied hearing our request to fix things. When I asked about the "100% satisfied or free" guarantee placard in the room, they became rude and hostile, saying they didn't have to honor it. They even refused to give me a receipt. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

This was located on the same area as "The Worlds Largest Truck Stop" I am sure this was put here to fleece the truck drivers and travelers get suckered into it as well. My twelve year old son jumped into the pool and screamed because of the cold, he was right. I wouldn't give a dog a bath in water like that. The TV reception in the room was only good on four of the forty channels listed. The air conditioner did a great job of blowing up the curtains but didn't do so well on the rest of the room. And for some reason the elevator is located a long way from the center of the building. There is nothing special in the breakfast either. While I don't blame the hotel for this, if you want quiet this is not the place for you.
