The rooms were small but clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. Good deal for the price with free airport shuttle from the Vancouver airport. Located 2 blocks from a riverside restaurant with an Italian restaurant across the street. By the end of 2009 there will be a station for the elevated Skyway train a half block from the hotel. Right now there is a bus stop a half block the other direction. Both of these make it good for getting into the city if you don't have a car. If you want to drive, there's an Enterprise car rental office literally next door.

This facility was about average for the price.

The restaurant had great breakfasts. On/off ramp access coming from Vancouver was confusing. To make this hotel even better, include a small refrigerator in each room.

Location "seedy" but a basic hotel suitable for what it is designed, overnight before or after a flight. Can not help where it is situated, but the price is right. Bed was very comfortable.

It was hard to find because the directions said that it was on the corner of Bridgeport Rd. and #3 Rd. (it was actually Sea Way and #3 Rd). The room was nice and comfortable. The free wireless was convenient. The bathroom needed extra work to remove some mildew from around the tub, and there was some on the wall (but not enough that made it gross) Only problem was that you could hear the squeeky, creaky bed next door when certain people got excited.

Food service wasn't available for anyone catching planes before 8:30AM. No bell service is present which proved to be a real problem in the morning. Elevator stopped working during the night, so travelers, including some handicapped individuals, were forced to carry luggage down 2 to 4 floors, without any assistance from non-existant staff. Didn't even get an apology from only employee in sight - the guy at the desk! Wouldn't stay there again even if they redecorated. Decor is dark and makes everything look dingy.

I was charged for a movie I never watched. The desk clerk told me even if I watched the movie for a "second" I was to pay for it. I told the polite clerk, who had no authority to resolve the situation, that I couldn't figure out how to watch a movie on that TV because the reception on the TV as soo poor I could barely see the screen. I asked him to have the manager call me so we could resolve the situation. The manager has never called. I think the low cost of the room had to do with a window that looked at a wall and the awful TV.

Ideally situated to Vancouver airport. Hotel runs a free hourly shuttle to and from the airport.Local amenities not great but Hotel has a small restaurant offering a good selection of breakfasts and a limited selection of snacks and dinners.Serves wine but no hard liquor license!

The hotel was undergoing a lot of remodeling, but it was a fine place to sleep in. I'm glad we got a room away from the main road. The hotel is on a busy road, so there's not much of a view, especially with the construction of the Skytrain rail in the neighborhood. It was little difficult to get into the hotel driving north on No 3 Rd because of the traffic island; you'll need to take a little detour to get in properly. Otherwise it seems pretty manageable to walk to the nearby malls. Lots of great Chinese food nearby. The staff at the hotel seemed a little understaffed at the front desk, but very friendly and helpful nonetheless. There's only one elevator (that I knew of) so if you have lots of luggage, you'll need to be patient. They also have a nice complimentary breakfast area.

We were given a room and we were not happy with the king bed,but would live with it. Later the comode stopped up. We asked for a plunger; but the only one was behind locked doors in a maintenence closet. No one had a key;nor, was there an offer to call an on-call person. We switched room and found it much nicer and the bed was an up-grade in our view. If you are expecting beautiful gardens and grounds forget it. An asphault garden. All in all it was a comfortable night and not too pricey. Would use them again.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, windows that opened, smelled clean & sheets nice & soft. No one to help us with our suitcases?

This is an airport hotel, convenient to Vancouver Airport and one of the less expensive in the area. The room has all the usual basics, including a coffee maker and a bedroom window that opens. The neighbourhood is somewhat grim, but there are some restaurants and franchise eateries in the area. The hotel has a restaurant and a bottle shop. Last year, a free breakfast was included in the room rate but this now has to be bought (not expensive). Free internet wireless for your laptop. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport which can also be taken from the airport if you know where and when to catch it. I have stayed here before, and will probably do so again. It's okay for an overnight airport hotel.

We stayed here overnight for an early morning flight. The receptionist was extremely helpful when we asked if we could have our boarding passes faxed to the hotel. When they printed, she called us immediately and offered to deliver them to my room. We were confused on how to work the a/c, but she patiently walked us through it. I would definately stay here again when traveling in Vancouver.

I found my room at the Comfort Inn Vancouver Airport to be clean, comfortable and spacious. I loved the pillows and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size with a large wall size window, a portion of which actually opened for fresh air. The shower massage head was very much appreciated. There is a bus stop in front of the Inn which runs directly into the city and was very convenient and easy to use. The Inn's staff was attentive and accommodating. The airport shuttle drivers were especially friendly and helpful. My only complaints include the noise from the airplanes (not much they can do about that!) and the lack of restaurant choices within walking distance.

Nice beds, pleasant staff andgood location. Very dusty, dirty construction area and no juice in machine. Kind staff, nice comfortable beds, close to shopping and easy to find. Not great parking though and usually very full.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel, convenient to airport, friendly staff, good breakfast, some improvements underway in dining room but no real disruption to guests. Would definately recommend to others

I travel a lot. This hotel is hot and stuffy and VERY dirty. The floors are grimy and greasy to the touch. The "continental breakfast" is a joke, especially if you are diabetic. There is a restaurant advertised on the building, but BEWARE!! No such facility exists. And, when I canceled my second night, upon my return to Vancouver to fly home -- they kept my money! They refuse to accept cancellations.

We weren't so sure about staying at a Comfort Inn. Have not stayed at one since College days but since we booked at last minute, our choices were limited. Everything was very clean and it wasn't cheesy. All the staff were very friendly.

The price of the room. The poor service when we complained of problems with the room. The first room had a malfunctioning fan, that was very loud and could not be turned off. The second room was next to the first and the fan could still be heard. The TV didn't work, until the excessive additional cords were plugged in properly. There was no shower curtain. We complained about each item individually band none of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
