Great location. Lax security; side doors not locked during the day. Exterior of hotel looks better than its interior. Carpet in corridors needs replacing. Air conditioning inadequate; hotel feels damp. Sealant around tub/shower enclosure stained from mildew. Rooms not well decorated; no art of any kind. Old (tube type) televisions.

This was a clean, quiet motel and an excellent value. Nice thick towels and convenient to Chapel Hill. Will stay again when in the area.

The entire place was nice,The beds were small,but very comfortable. The pillows was great.The Hotel advertises all rooms have mirco/frig our room did not have one. All and all this was a great place to stay.

Outstanding staff. There was nothing that I disliked. My room was not what was stated. The front desk was very eager to see to my needs without hesitation. They gave me a suite next to the room I had booked and I was willing to pay extra and was told enjoy your stay. My suited had a large Jacuzzi tub which I used every night after my long hours of work. I was always greeted with have a good day as I was leaving for work and Hope you had a good day. I have never been to a hotel where the staff and hotel manger new me by name. I am working in the area next week for business and have done made reservations to stay here again which will do every time I am in the area. I would recommend this to any one in the area.

Ground floor accommodations and good parking. Very friendly staff on check in and check out. Good free breakfast. Convenient parking. Close to everything you need, shopping, eating out, andtheaters.

We stayed there because we were attending a wedding in the area. We were upgraded to a suite because when we arrived they had no more King size rooms left. I felt they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Attentive staff, free continental breakfast with waffles & quick maid service. No meat for breakfast. Comfort Inn located on outskirts of Chapel Hill; close to mall and some big box retail. Free WiFi makes things easier. Off the freeway but very quiet. Notice it handles large scale events so expect crowds at breakfast.

The room was a good size. The bathroom was small for the size of the room. There was no refrigerator, which would have made it more convenient. However, aside from that the place was a great value for the money.

Convenient location, friendly staff, moderately priced rooms. We stayed here while visiting a daughter with an apartment. This makes our second stay at this location and we've been very pleased both times. This hotel is not luxury, but is great for a traveler looking for aclean, friendly place to stay in a good location. I would recommend.

The hotel was overall well kept and in a great location because I was visiting both Durham and Chapel Hill. The pipes were very loud and woke me up multiple times at night. This was just one room in particular. I asked to be moved and the staff was very receptive and gave me a new room.

Very good continental breakfast. Hall smelled of tobacco. Excellent for our needs. We traveled to Durham to go to the UNC CANCER CLINIC so the location was perfect. Staff was very attentive.

This hotel is located conveniently to the Duke or Carolina campus. Everything was top notch. I will certainly be back in the future.

The air conditioner was noisy, there were no towels in the room and we had to go pick them up at the front desk instead of someone bringing them to us.And it was further from the UNC campus than I was expecting.

Connie remembered us from our previous visits and had the nonsmoking room selection set for us! Construction out front blocked the driveway access. We have stayed with Comfort Inn many times and have never had a bad experience. They cater to a family member with special needs when he travels wit us. It makes the trip much more enjoyable when you know you are no worries at the hotel.

Good location & easy access. Quiet & clean. Sheets were so rough that I got an abrasion on my elbow while turning in bed. It was a good value. Close to the hospital and quiet. I do feel that I got a second rate room from them because there was no phone in the room and there was coffee, but the coffee maker was gone. Luckily, I was only there to sleep and there was coffee in the dining area.
