We stayed here for two weeks from the 23rd of October this was our forth time in Florida .The hotel is typical two double beds large tv bathroom /toilet /shower,I would rate it 3 star its similar to the other places we stayed .its 10 minutes walk from wetnwild 20 minutes from universal studios 10 mminutes from Fridays near international drive. The breakfasts are fine basic self service coffee/toast fruit cereal and you can make your own pancakes and waffles if you like loads of orange juice and apple juice as well we had a hire car which was very handy as the hotel is not on international drive but you can take the I ride bus .your never in the hotels at these holidays anyway there is no hotel bar so you cant have a night cap hope this review helps wish I was goin again!!!!!!!!!!

Great location. Easily connect to everything and especially for shopping and food.

The friendliness of the staff made the stay nicer, they went out of their way a lot. The sinks in the bathrooms stuck out too much for shorter people. The hotel was beautiful, staff was delightful and ready to assist (and did). The sink in the bathrooms, while brand new and marble, stuck out too much. I am only 5'2 and I could not brush my teeth in that sink. I couldn't reach it when I bent into it. Beautiful and grand but, not user friendly.

It was OK for the price. The shuttles to the parks were convient and saved on renting a car. The breakfast would have been nice if there was some meat served also and so structure to the service. Not a fancy hotel but OK to use to just sleep.

The hotel was packed with summer tourist but the front desk worked quickly and courteously. The rooms were very clean with everything in good working order. The continental breakfast was fairly good with quick service. Overall an excellent choice in hotel and a comfortable stay. It looked liked everyone was enjoying Orlando!!!!

We had booked a 2 night stay. After the first night we were going to book another night but decided to wait until we figured out what we wanted to do. We went to the 4th of July fireworks shows at universal studios. It took over an hour to get out of the parking deck. Anyways we get back to the hotel about 1:00 am to find out there was a fire there that started in the store room. Parking lot was full of fire trucks and we had to park out on the street. We were not allowed in our rooms. I went to the front desk to see if they would give us a later checkout time and they were hesitant but said ok. Great! But I guess they forgot to tell housekeeping as they knocked on our door 3 times, starting 2 hours before the normal check out time, asking us when we were going to leave. We left and went to Panama City. We would have stayed another day in Orlando but after a few hours of sleep and being woke up like that just upset me and half of the other guests that they did the same thing to. Other than this it was a great hotel for the price. We would probably go back. What is the chance of it having 2 fires?

Insisted on a credit card then charged a $3.00 resort fee.

The room was clean and the staff worked their tale off. The grounds need major landscaping and the deluxe continental breakfast is terrible. Long lines, people reaching in bags to get cereal. Do it yourself waffles makes for a mega mess. The pool is unsupervised with kids gone wild. I enjoy kids having fun, but no parents were to be found. The corporate execs left the help to fend for themselves.

Initially this hotel suited our needs. It was all that could be expected from a budget hotel. The rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. Staff were generally approachable. The lack of proper sized safety deposit boxes was a concern as the ones available in reception were not of adequate depth to hold a camera and barely held our four passports. We had no complaints with the hotel until the beginning of our second week when we returned to one of the rooms to find the door had been damaged with a crow bar and that all of our belongings had been stolen. On reporting this to reception staff appeared reluctant to act, instead dealing with other customers that were checking in. The motel like layout of this hotel allows access to anyone and everyone and decreases guest security. After this we no longer felt safe here and were transferred to a nicer, more secure hotel nearby. Just two days after our early check out a couple were held at gun point. For personal safety I would not recommend this hotel, especially for those travelling with children.

The hotel room was very clean, however it is not first class accommadations or anywhere near it. If you are looking for a decent hotel to stay in that is cheap this is the hotel to stay at, all the employees were nice, and it was close to the attactions that we wanted to go to. All in all I would stay here again.

The staff seemed to be annoyed at having to work. A decent hotel for the price. I loved the location as it wasn't directly on International Drive. Being on Universal Blvd was perfect for visiting Citiwalk and other Universal attractions. The hotel staff seemed annoyed at having to work; there was a sort of condescending attitude I felt with which I and other guests were having to compete in both front desk clerks (not to mention being accosted by the attraction ticket salesman in the lobby). The rooms (if in a smoking room) were a bit musty, but that was to be expected if you don't request a non-smoking room. Additionally, it was clean, but clearly an older hotel. All in all, it is a good hotel if you are on a budget. But, I will shop around next time.

Don't stay here unless screaming children running around at 1:00 a.m. don't bother you. It seems children are not required to be supervised by parents. The front desk doesn't seem to care. No one knows where the security guard is. I won't stay here again and don't recommend it if you want a quiet place to stay.

Met our standards for one night but we would not stay here for any length of stay. Quick check-in and check-out - also they provide a nice continental breakfast but get there early or there won't be much to choose from!

Well When I checked in. I was not informed that the room was a king size bed only. I request double beds. When I went back to the front desk they informed me that they was sold out and that was the only room they had left. So me and my friend had to share a bed I was very unhappy with that. Plus the room was for a person with special needs.

We stayed at this hotel from March 12th through March 20th. It was an okay stay, but I will not stay here again. First, my reservations weren't in their system, even though I had booked through their website. I finally got in a room 45 minutes after I had arrived. It was fine, since I understand that computers can lose information. The room was okay, but our first room only had one bed, we had requested a room with two beds. It was clean and did not have a musty smell. I thought everything was going to be fine, well the fridge wasn't cold at all, the TV speakers vibrated even when on a low volume, and that same night our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. We called the front desk and they sent someone to look at it. All that was said was, "Yep, it's broken" , then he left. We decided to walk to the front desk and leave the air condititioner to thaw out. We were told that there were no more rooms that we could transfer to, even though on the way back to our room we passed by at least five empty rooms. The transportation to the parks was awful as well. The second morning we were waiting for the 11:15 shuttle, at 11:45 we asked the front desk about it and they told us that the 11:15 shuttle has been canceled, even though they saw my group waiting out front. Then we weren't told to wait for the shuttle around on the side of the hotel, so we messed the shuttle the third day. The breakfast bar was also awful, there are two waffle makers for about the 100 people eating every morning. I would not stay here again. I hope this helps!

OK to stay for the location if nothing else is available. Otherwise be aware that the hotel is old and they have not kept the rooms it in good condition. The carpet is not maintainted. The bathrooms are rusty and have a musty smell. The A/C in our room was very loud. The lobby is in good condition and the continental breakfast is not too bad but once you enter your room it's a total disapointment. Just be aware of that and believe the reviews.

It was a decent hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Extremely close to a lot of shoppping and dining. We rented a car but almost didnt use it because everything was so close. In comparison to other hotels ive been to the continental breakfast was filling. the only problem is that the bathroom is small and the shower heads were very short. But i would recommend this hotel

Friendly warm atmosphere and centrally located on the beach. The continental breakfast was poor. All in all the hotel experience was excellent. We first had a room with double beds and was able to switch to a king size bed. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and our stay was quiet which we were looking for. Most important was that it was centrally located on the beach and we could walk to many of the attractions nearby. I would highly recommend it to anyone and of course we intend on going back. One week is not enough.

I stayed there for 5 nights and it was a nice place for the money. The room was clean, the pool area was nice and the free breakfast saved a lot of money. Let's be honest; when you are in Orlando you are probably out doing something most of the time, so this hotel is a tremendous value. If you spend a lot of time in your hotel, spend more and get a nicer place, but if you are looking for a comfortable, clean facility, this is it.
