Staff was friendly, room was very clean (and I'm a clean freak) and breakfast layout was really nice. Would not mind going back again.

The hotel room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the king-sized bed. The breakfasts were good. TV channel selection was terrible. Reception wasn't good after they had some kind of change. The location was good and the rooms were very quiet. The hotel was a great value for the Priceline price, especially since we stayed for over a week. It was clean and nicely decorated. Some of the breakfast staff needed to pay more attention to what they were suppose to do, but one man in particular was outstanding. Through Priceline we would definitely stay there again.

Greeted at desk by young girl, not real professional but fast......the room is designed well, plenty desk/office space, wi-fi is easy, comfortable chairs and bed, nice shower etc...only problem with the room was the air conditioning unit in this room is loud, very loud. You can barely hear the tv over it. the ice was a long ways away and stopped working on second day. The 2 things I asked the desk for were unavailable stamp and newspaper, I was told to get at store across the street. I may stay here again but try a different room (with quieter air).

Easy access to major highways, staff could not have been any friendler. Thought this was excellent value. Our oldest child lives in Phoenix, and we will stay there again the next time we go back.

The hotel is close to glendale which made it perfect for my business trip. It is about 25-30 minutes away from almost everything you want to see when visiting Phoenix. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, clean/decent and simple rooms, great big pool, nice lobby area to sit down for a business meeting, etc. This was my second stay at this Comfort Inn. Great value for the money.

Clean, employees were very friendly and it was convenient. The hotel was clean, everyone was very nice, swimming pool was clean and nice, service was impeccable, breakfast in the morning was very good.

Not clean. The night staff was questionable my teen girls key to their door lock continously stopped working on our 2nd nite. I blame the desk attendent for messing with them. Four key changes and I went down got angry it stopped The restaurant was never lit but we were told they could get the cook if we wanted food the whole place felt like a ghost town.

We were there to visit family and see some of the interesting sites, around the area. The only complaint I have, is that the front desk needs to have a listing of different restaurants that are close.

Night clerk was friendly. Tiles had mold/mildew with tiles falling off the wall. Could not believe this was a Comfort Inn. Room had a huge desk, but no fridge or microwave. Ice maker near my room broken. Must have walked 1/4 mile on the 4 trips to the ice maker on far side of hotel. Tub/Shower was disgusting. Tiles falling off the wall, mold and mildew all around the bottom 5 layers of tile, rust around the outside edge of tub. I would never stay there again.

when a room is paid for upfront, one should expect the room available when showing up one day late without having to wait for one hour to get things ""worked out"".

My driver walks with a limp, this can not be missed. I was on the phone with her when she checked in. The desk clerk was very snooty and was talking down her nose at Linda. Linda being a nice person was trying to ignore the obvious. Because she is handicapped and smokes we run in to the smoking rooms being upstairs alot. The desk clerk pointed out Linda's room and the entrance stairs she would need to take to get to it. When Linda ask if she could be closer to the elevator because of her handicap the response was instant and very rude. No all smoking rooms are on the far end, and that is the only room available. What made this even worse was that after everything was toted upstairs the room had not been cleaned. Linda called me and then called down stairs where the same desk clerk, without apology stated that she needed to come back to the front office and she would give her another room. Linda had her send someone to clean it instead, and waited for it to be cleaned. What happened to I'm sorry, can we send someone up to help with your bags and move you to another room? Or this would have been really good. Do you need assistance getting your bags to you room on the far end of our second floor? As a business do we have to pay $200.00 a night for kindness?

Nice bed, remodeled room, beautiful lobby and dining area. Pool water dirty. It is a really nice hotel.I would totally go back there again. The breakfast was hot and wonderful as well.

From the pictures that we seen, the hotel looked nice. However, the pool was dirty the entire time we were there, the hot tub was not very hot, and some of the staff were not very friendly. The room itself was fine and the location to highways and attractions was a plus. Overall, we were very disappointed. We will not stay there again nor will we recommend Park Plaza.

For $40/night, it was ideally situated near the I-17 and AZ-101. Provided quick access to locations both in west and east Phoenix. The hotel was definitely worthy of 3 star rating.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Knowledgable about city and how to get around without a vehicle! Room was extraordinarily clean comfortable and spacious. Good experience.

If you are trying to find this hotel going south on I-17 you need to be aware that the exit indicated does not take you immediately to Union Hills Drive. You have to get back on the I-17 entrance ramp and get off at the first light.

Very good very reasonable very comfortable. Breakfast staff very attentive and pleasant. Need to keep the tiles swept of rocks so can walk bare foot to the pool.
