In a word, sad! Although the front desk clerks were nice enough, upon entering the room it was small and a bit cramped. The shower had no pressure and the tiles were horrid. The electrical outlets were a hazard and unsafe.

The location was great. It was near everything. However, the lobby couch smelled like sweat. The hallways on each level - except for the first - smelled like smoke. And there was no fridge in the rooms or closet space.

The room was well appointed. Too much noise in hallways and foul language. Hotel room was nice, if worn, the floor we were on was worn and needing replacement.

The Comfort Inn in Towson was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and very responsive. It is located centrally for my visit to both the City and the northern suburbs. They did not have a restaurant but there were several places to eat close by.

There was hair in the bathroom. On the floor, sink, on the towels, etc.! The room was nice. Plenty of pillows! The T.V. cabinet was nice with the storage area for hanging items. I liked the hair dryer in the bathroom. We actually need that for my daughters structure.

This place need remodeling! The breakfast setup needed attention - cold food & warm juice.

Clean, inexpensive, and convenient to where I needed to be. Key cards kept failing. Recent Electrical work not finished. Slow Elevators. Pluses - Inexpensive and convenient to where I was going. These were very important for me. Minuses - 1) There had been recent electrical work done to the room. When I got there, all of the electrical devices (lamps, TV, Clock Radio, Coffee pot, etc) where unplugged. Also, the plates around the electrical outlets had not been replaced on several outlets. For an adult, no big deal, but the exposed wires would have been dangerous for children. This was fixed the next day. 2) Key Cards - Over a five night stay I had to get my key cards replaced 8 times. This happened regardless of the various precautions I took. This would have been a minor annoyance except that. 3) Elevators were very slow the 4th floor and this was a quite a problem. Also, one of the doors had a habit of sticking closed.

The bed was big and comfortable. The toilet was dirty , it was half clean.

Convenient location. Public areas will soon need renovation to be competitive. I was satisfied with my experience at this hotel and would stay there again as a reasonably priced and convenient location in the North Baltimore area.

Closet should be tall enough for dresses. TV cabinet combine with dresser For a low budget, it is okay, nothing good or bad just okay. The continental breakfast is a plus.

Good location, easy parking. Gym smelled, shower backed up.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and upgraded the room was from the last time I stayed there several years ago. There were a lot of seedy scary looking people loitering about the lobby and out front. They should do something about that. I felt very comfortable in my room. The staff was friendly, and I recommended it to a friend. They should be stricter and chase away the undesirables hanging around all over the place.

Clean. I needed a tooth brush and they did not have 1 at front desk. This hotel was clean, easy to find and right off of 695 in Baltimore. The room was clean and I liked the waffle maker they had in the restaurant for breakfast. But I think that breakfast should be until 11am or 12 pm because you may be on vacation and not feel like getting up extra early to try to make breakfast.

Location. Did not feel comfortable with clientele. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Armed guards, people in lobby discussing their illegal guns. Not very comfortable feeling.

Looked attractive on the outside. Inside was dirty. I was given a handicapped room which I did not need plus it was very compact. The hotel halls were disgustingly dirty. The room I was given was a handicapped room. The room was so small & had a king size bed in it. Thank goodness I am not handicapped because the only part of the room that was handicapped accessible was the bathroom. I do not see how a handicapped person could have fit a wheelchair in the small space to get to the bed. This hotel experience was terrible!

Convenient to Towson University. Door did not close completely by itself, had to pull it closed to secure it. Great location, convenient to local universities. Just off the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The bed was comfortable and it was convenient right off the interstate. The hotel had not been updated. My major complaint about this hotel is the front desk staff. When I took a shower shortly after arriving I quickly noticed that the drain was severely clogged and finish taking my shower in ankle deep water. I called the front desk to let them know of the issue and asked if they could contact the maintenance team to inquire about fixing it that night. She was very rude and did not get back to me about the status of the maintenance team until I called back an hour later.

Inexpensive & reasonably comfortable. Poorly maintained. This is my second stay at this motel, and I am basically happy with it. Rooms are nice, and bed & bath are cleaned, but they just can't maintain everything. Last time the coffee pot was broken and it took two calls before they would come switch it out. This time our TV didn't work, so they said someone would be up, and then when I called again an hour later they said they'd change our room. In our new room, the armrest on the chair was broken! Still, all in all these are minor issues.

Convenience. Everything needed to be washed or clean stains on the linen to the chairs needing to be cleaned. The room need to be dusted and smelled like smoke. I will never stay there again. The room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. I had to wash down the toilet so I could use it. The coffee pot and tray was dusty. Stains on the comforter and blanket. As well as stains on the chairs. I prayed the cleaned the sheets and went to sleep. It was truly hard to have a restful sleep.

Good if you need a bed. Very poor overall quality. Dirty, smoky room; keys were deactivated each day; non-guests were running around the hotel and restaurant screaming obscenities.
