This hotel is across the street from the falls! Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good, but go early to avoid the rush at the waffle iron. No pool, but never wanted one, because there is too much to do! The staff was helpful and very polite. There are only 3 luggage carts, and greedy guests seem to hoard them at first light to use mid-day, so bring luggage with wheels. Most importantly, you will be able to time your visits to the Falls attractions very easily since you can walk over and check out lines and co on without any hassle. We had a great time doing cave of the wind at night! It was fun to be able to stroll along the roaring river at night, and not to have to worry about parking or anything! I plan on going back to this very same hotel !

Close to everything that matters. Check in and check out times, hotel smells of smoke. This was a great place for us to stay, with 2 kids everything was a short walk away. You could see the river across the street it was that close. Only problem was no lounge or bar, so my wife and could not have some night life. The restaurant closed too early.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was really helpful. The best part was the location...Niagra Park is literally right behind the hotel! You can hear the Falls from the parking lot. The view from the room was pretty nice too...we could see the bright lights of the Canadian side of the Falls which was really pretty at night. Beautiful area...would definitely stay there again!

This hotel seems to be one of the best in Niagara Falls based on our own experience and other reviews (which I had read very carefully before choosing this Comfort Inn). Their location is just the best, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, rooms are clean and in a decent shape. Plus, they serve quite good continental breakfast. They even serve waffles for breakfast (even though you will have to cook it yourself - they provide dough and the irons, and there is usually a line, so you will have to be patient). The only problem we noticed is that there is some vague smell in the halls. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Very close to the falls. Small, uncomfortable pillows. Close to the Falls with a nice continental breakfast, which is good because the restaurant there is often closed, and there are few places close by to get something to eat.

This hotel is a good value for anyone. The room was clean and comfortable but the bed was too soft for my back. The hotel is located withing walking distance of everything including Rainbow Bridge into Canada which we took several times. The breakfast is a good value - we did not leave hungry just wish there were bananas for the cereal (they had apples and oranges) and instant oatmeal and hot cocoa would have been a nice option for the younger traveler. The front desk staff for the most part were not knowledgeable about the surrounding area which was a bit frustrating. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

I've stayed here several times when traveling through Niagara Falls. The staff is freindly, it's walking distance to the falls and you get free breakfast. It's not the Hilton, but it's a great value for the money.

Felt safe in area, very close to falls and across the street from park, restaurants. No real views from window but we weren't there for romance, just to sleep. Enjoyable stay in a family friendly area with park across the street and good restaurants nearby. Close to Niagara falls. Nice moderate class hotel. Would stay there again, friendly staff.

Nice hotel and cheap rates in Winter. Dont waste the extra 10 bucks for the top floor, you really can't see the falls. But is it the closest to walk to the falls and next to the Hard rock for eating and drinking.Would stay there again for sure. Real nice staff and can instantly give you directions to anything.

Pretty clean and overall nice. Located just 2 minutes walk from the falls. The continental breakfast could be better, but not bad. There is a restaurant accessible right from the hotel lobby.

I have always tried to book at Comfort Inn because my experience has been that they're dependable and clean. This one, however, should be ashamed of itself. It's dingy, the room was filthy, sticky bathroom floor, sticky pen on the bedside table, room smelled funky. The elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. On the upside it's within a 5 minute walk to the Falls and there's a great steakhouse across the street. Considering it's location, you'd think Comfort Inn would clean it up and charge more for the location!

I chose this hotel last fall after a lengthy search of something clean, inexpensive, and close to the falls. It was perfect. The staff was friendly and knowledgable when we asked where to locate certain attractions, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast had a great selection including fresh waffles. We walked to the Hard Rock one night for a late snack and they made sure to tell us to walk around the hotel to get in because the door on the restaurant side is locked after a certain time. Although you can't see the falls from the room itself, you can certainly hear them! We opened the windows so we could fall asleep to the sound. And we saw the fireworks right from our window. When you walk out of the parking lot the entrance to the bridge over the rapids is practically in front of you. It's no-frills, but for the price I'd stay here again. It has everything I would expect and then some.

"Would have given a 5 but the room decor felt old, dark and dingy. Staff was very accomodating - I reserved a ""smoking room"" online by mistake so after check in, they immediately ""treated"" room to get rid of cigarette smoke smell. People seem to like working here as every staff member we encountered was genuinely nice and cheerful. Free parking, free breakfast (you get to make your own waffles!) and proximity to Falls (5-10 min walk away), Rainbow Bridge, Hard Rock Cafe and shops are major pluses. Will definitely stay here again :)"

You can't get better than this! You can go out of the lobby and walk to Canada via the Rainbow Bridge in less than 15 minutes. Just keep the car parked in the hotel lot and walk to Goat Island and the American Falls. Hotel clean and reasonably priced. Who couls ask for more?
