I had a reservation but when I arrived, they bumped me. No explanation, no apology.They did make a reservation for meet several miles down the road. I contacted the GeneralOffice and they referred me to the hotel, which was the problem to begin with. Poor business practices.

I reserved a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room which was pretty bad. I did not feel secure in this hotel. There was a lot of loitering in the parking lot and at the pool. There is not a lot of choices in Sylva. There were no other rooms to choose from since the hotel was full.

I never got passed the lobby. I was bumped, even though I had a reservation. No explanation given. Main office was no help!
