This Comfort Inn was very nice and comfortable and I would recommend it. No flash, but what you need. The only thing was the breakfast wasn't to great.

Hotel was fairly quiet, rooms were nice. Bed quilts had cigarette burns in them, in room coffee maker was broken and dirty. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel does not meet normal repair or housekeeping standards.The room was in horrible disrepair! Security chain not attached. Sliding glass door to balcony couldn't close all the way or lock. Shower curtin moldy. Roof leak stains on wall. Moldy wallpaper. Coffee grounds and coffee still in coffee pot from previous renter. Phone in room unplugged. Lounge chair moved to middle of room to hide large crusty stain on carpet. Rotten food container in elevator.

Location and price were great for me. Staff smokes too much. The whirlpool is broken, which isok but the emptied pool is filthy. Filled ashtrays in pool room. I think the staff smokes in there. Pieces of paper on the hallway carpet all the while I was there. No one bothers to pick up these small pieces. I stay there because of the price, no other reason.

The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was typical of what you would expect, nothing great but for free not bad. I would stay there again.

The rooms were not the ones we booked, they smelled like smoke, dirty, no soap or shampoo and the staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. Do not stay there.

Breakfast was fine. The smell. Booked rooms as smoking, which overbooked the hotel - they had great problems getting us a non-smoking room. The rooms were not very clean, either.

Nothing. N/A The front desk clerk greeted me in insulting manner, and was less than helpful. I requested a wake up call that came. The heat in the room did not work in 25 degree Illinois weather.

Nothing. Room was filthy with dirty socks under both beds. Tried to put us in a room with one double bed, not Queen but double. I weigh 300Lbs and this just doesn't work. Told them this was not acceptable. They said all they had was a smoking room with two double beds. When we entered the we found a pair of dirty socks & an old room key card lying at the end of the bed. I thru them out in the hall. When retiring for the evening we found more dirty socks under the other bed. This place is a dump.

The pool. The room was dirty, loud and the blood on the lampshade was a nice touch. The shower poured more water down the shower wall than the head. Avoid this hotel. I must admit, the check in process for me went well. The double bed was too small for my taste but if that was my only complaint I would have been happy. However, the floor still had buttons, change and debris remaining on it that the vacuum missed. The shower connection was so loose that a trickle came out of the head while the majority of it ran down the wall. The noise was pretty much constant all night long from the other guests. Lastly, the blood on the lampshade was the real turn off for me.

Friendly staff. I waited 5 to 10 minutes to check out, no staff person. Nice hotel, good area in relation to shopping centers and dining availability.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were awful. It has a nice, indoor pool. The rooms are adequate for a 2 starproperty, though the beds were awful. We did not take advantage of the free expanded continental breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in early.

Amenities, such as breakfast and pool were good. Also, the rooms were clean and neat. Was unable to get queen or king bed. The service and facilities were good, and provided what I expected.

Clean, accommodating, friendly Bed pillows left a lot to be desired! Fortunately, we carry our own! Very pleasant experience! We will stay again if in the area!
