We stayed here about a week. The location has very little vehicle traffic noise but the A/C unit was noisy and the beds were very firm. The bathroom layout is very small and the door swings in, not out, making it even worse. The staff was very nice, the lobby/breakfast area was clean very inviting.

Location near parents and great staff. Roaches were climbing over the walls and no one did anything about this. Was awaken with a roach crawling over us on the last night there and could not get back to sleep. Told the front desk the day before about the problem and they assured us something would be done, but we still had them on our last night. Other than the roaches the motel was very good and would stay again if this problem is taken car of. The morning breakfast was well done with plenty of options.

Hearing not so good information about other properties in the Ruskin area we decided not to reserve in advance and see what we came across; if we didnt find anything it was only 30 minutes to Tampa and ample properties after our meeting. The hotel has some 'old' to it and our room had some minor repairs that needed tending too - but big, clean overall, comfortable, a/c was cold, bed was very comfortable. My husband and I took a walk at 10:00 night to the shopping center (incl. Beals and Beals Outlet) across the street and felt completely safe. Located close to I-75, there's plenty of chain restaurants right next to the hotel (Pizza Hut, Sonny's, Denny's) and a Publix Grocery and Super Wal-Mart about 2 1/2 miles down the street towards Sun City way. The Breakfast wasn't too bad and the coffee pretty good. We would definately stay there again.

I visit the Sun City Center area frequently and have always had great service from the staff and owner of this hotel. Rooms have been renovated and the beds are wonderful. Great morning spread for breakfast and staff continues to be extremely helpful. For the money it's a great bargin. The rooms are large and clean along with the pool and the hot tub. Great place to come back to after a long day.

I stayed here one night and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. I did not try the swimming pool but it was large and clean and had an inviting looking hot tub.
