I don't think I would stay here again. It was much farther than we thought to the city center.

Nothing. Everything. This is a horrible hotel; do not go there unless you want to pay for services which you did not use.

We were on a ten day vacation to BC and I had made reservations for a queen mini-suite at this hotel. We arrived before check in time but the desk clerk was gracious and called to see if our room was ready. To our delight it turned out to be a one bedroom corner unit with a full kitchen, dining area and living room. It was located along a canal and though the building was close to the road, we could not hear any road noise. We enjoyed a filling breakfast every morning. The pool was raised above the canal and we met a lot of nice vacationers.

Convent for a drive to downtown Victoria. The room was dingy and run down. It was suited for the few days we stayed but not comfortable. It is very run down and dingy. There was one night that there was a bug crawling in our bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs better up keep the price. I have stayed in better. When we take another trip to Victoria, we will not be staying at this hotel again nor will we recommend.

The location is okay, service was nice, room quality is okay for the price we paid. Room smelled of smoking, and bathroom could be better. If you just want a good clean place to stay then this hotel would just hit the mark. It could be nearer and smelt better, but for a few nights stay it will do for the price.
