The bathtub was dirty when we checked into the room. Upon speaking to the young man at the front desk, he offered to change our room. When we looked at the other two rooms, the tubs were also dirty. He said it was the make of tub fiberglas. We went out and bought some scrub free tub cleaner and let it sit for a few minutes and wiped the tub. The handtowel we were using was filthy. We went downstairs and showed the evening desk clerk and she was surprised that came clean. No offer to refund or reduce the cost of our room. Other than the tub, the rest was presentable.

It was clean, accomodating, and close to where we needed to be. The continental beakfast was less than good. It met our needs for our occasion. We were there for a very short time. The staff was pleasant and the room was fine for our one night stay.

I stayed 5 days, 4 night in a jacuzzi room :) Pulling in the outdoors apperance was very nice and well maintained. Entering the front desk welcomed me and asked how they could help me. Check in was promt, and the front desk attendent very nice. They informed me how to get to my room and let me know that if I needed anything just call the front and ask. They room was nice and clean. Housekeeping through the week was wonderful. Bed comfort was great, the matress was very comfortable. Quite atmosphere and various food locations in close proximity. The Bennigans had an attached hall to the hotel and great food and service also! Pool was also enjoyable and warm. Would stay again when in area!

For the money, we have gotten better. No hot tub and the pool was cold. Better than avg breakfast bar. Really loud slamming hotel room doors.

I have always enjoyed the Comfort Inn in Mount Pleasant MI the staff there is very accommodating. Our room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the AC was a little noisy but they are aware and are in the process of fixing it. I would stay there again anytime.
