Large rooms, comfortable bed, extra pillows, free Wi-Fi and free breakfast. Loud door slaming, smell of smoke in non-smoking room. Extra large room, soft comfortable bed and several soft small pillows, reading chair and ottoman. Pleasant atmosphere, a really full bountiful breakfast included in stay. We were in room next to pool entrance door which slammed when shut until 2am bathroom smelled strongly of smoke, yet we would stay there again when we travel up there next.

They gave us a nice upgraded room to a suite. They served a nice breakfast. The clerks were very helpful. They helped us with travel routes for our trip to San Jose. We would stay here again

The hotel was new, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel and staff were everything I could have hoped for, comfortable, quiet, clean and friendly. My room was on the back side of the hotel, with a view of the railroad tracks, an industrial area, and a mountain range. I was relieved to hear that the train no longer runs on the tracks and from most positions in the room all one really saw was the mountains. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. However the thing that was most impressive was the degree of cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again. (They had a breakfast buffet which looked pretty good, but I didn't get a chance to try it.)

We unfortunately had a fire on the night before Thanksgiving. My husband and I have an Autistic daughter who is visually and hearing impared, so.... she uses her mouth as one of her senses- to figure out what things are.... so that means....everything goes in her mouth or it gets licked. So, it was vital that we stay somewhere clean! Thank God I found the "Comfort Inn and Suites Ukiah." As soon as I entered the lobby.. I knew this was going the place! I asked to see a room before booking - receptionist was more than happy to do so. They were AWESOME CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, COMFORTABLE and did I mention CLEAN! They are a new Hotel and the cleaning staff is amazing! Over the course of our 1 month... YES... ONE MONTH stay..... we got to see the inter-workings of this hotel that became our second home. The staff is exceptional! The cleaning staff do not leave any surface undusted or forgoten... they really have high standards. The breakfast is AWESOME and HUGE... they have a beautiful little dinning room with a beautiful spread each morning. They had everything! Toast, bagels, an array of cold cereals, muffins, fresh made coffee cake, fresh fruit, an array of different flavored yoghurt, freshly made scrambled eggs (some with ham and some without), fresh bisquits and gravy, fresh bacon, sausage and potatoes (all made there in the little kitchen), and they also have a "do it yourself" waffle bar. To drink the offered- fresh juices, milk, water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available at ALL hours. This is quite a spread and the "Regular" breakfast lady (unfortunately her name has slipped my mind) is SOOOOO nice and very personable! I DEFINATELY RECOMEND THIS HOTEL!

I liked the breakfast. The hotel was located at a great place and we had a nice room. The attendant assured me were in a non-smoking room but the smell was everywhere.
