The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast. The hotel overall was a pleasant experience. However, when we went downstairs 15 minutes before breakfast was over, there was no food left. 2 bagels, 2 sausage patties, and a little orange juice. We waited for 15 minutes and then went to the front desk. Turns out that they do not have someone working the breakfast bar, and it is first come first serve. They did end up getting one of the housekeepers to put together a few things to satisfy our hunger. The people did all they could to help us, but I would recommend to be down to breakfast by 7:00 am. No sleeping in even if it is for pleasure.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, The hotel was very well kept. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. My room was very well kept, and the beds were among the best that I have slept on. Would definalty stay here again!

This hotel told us they had wheel chair accessable showers. They don't. Their carpet was dirty. The checkin time was after 3:00 pm. They didn't even have a shower chair. If you are seriously handicapped stay away from this hotel.

Bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful. They were not pet friendly. I enjoyed our stay. The room was fine, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not quite what I expected but it wasn't terrible.

Hotel was near new when we stayed there, but was in disrepair. Hallway air conditioners were missing so hallways got very cold at night. We had to put towels at the bottom of the door to keep floor in room and tile in bathroom from freezing our feet. Bathroom plumbing was very very loud. The pool area looked great, but after swimming a short while, . After a thorough shower, we immediately told the management. The response was a blanked face ?We will close it?. No apology or compassion for the filth my children and I were swimming in. The next morning my wife went to talk to the day manager (an unpleasant person to say the least) and got the same response ?The pool is closed?. We contacted the chains management and got the classic ?Hotels are independently owned and operated?. Luckily there are other good hotels in town.

The management at this hotel is horrible. Please do not book this hotel with a credit card. They will double bill you and will not reverse the charges. I have spent alot of time and money to resolve the issue and the hotel management refuses to cooperate.

The service was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for our business travel & shopping. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal that we didn't like. Not many choices available. A restful nights sleep after 4hours of driving is very important to us. We slept like babies. It was quite and very comfortable.

Friendly staff. Got a smoking room. Nice room except I had to endure stale smoke. I am very allergic to smoke so the stay was not very pleasant.
