local company put me up for a few days while I worked in the area. felt bad they wasted their money on this place. very poor customer service and the room was literally trashed from the previous guest(s). I had no confidence in the cleaning of the room after all I found in the room .

It was very qyiet even though it is close to a busy street - enjoyed the cool room as we entered very late one night.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful though they made me feel like they were tired and just wanted to get me checked in and out of the way. The rooms were updated, very clean, comfortable and had all the basic amenities but the sound of a faint bell ding was ringing every few seconds all night and day and was very obnoxious, come to found out it was the elevator. Also, one of the main reasons I chose this specific hotel was for the jacuzzi (it seemed to be one of the cleanest/nicest for the price) and was extremely disappointed to find out that it was not working. I probably wouldn't stay there again just because there are many other hotels in the area to choose from and for the price I paid for 1 night I think the stay should be more pleasurable.

bus loads of high schoolers meant a night in ?? non responsive employees and uncaring to solve customer issues. Police were almost called if the clerk had not summoned the coach. spent one night only. left to go to hotel down the street.

when we arrived, i was concerned, because 2 high school buses had just arrived. my experience with this is usually, you don't get much sleep. but needless to say i was very pleased to not hear a peep out of the kids. i was impressed with this group. i also worried that the breakfast would be picked over, because the buses left before we did. not true, we had everything we needed. room carpets were dirty.

Clean room, lots of pillows, and good breakfast included. Could hear sounds from next room easily Nice rooms with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Includes desk and laptop plug in. Convenient to highway and shopping. Pool, exercise room and complimentary breakfast.

Room was very clean. Loved the pillows. Hot tub was only warm, not hot. The hotel was perfectly adequate for our needs. The room was clean and adequate. Enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. I would have liked the hot tub to be hot, rather than just warm. Very close to several restaurants (Golden Corral, Chuck-a-Rama) and a 1 minute walk to Krispy Kreme donuts (yum!).

Great pool, breakfast, and service. They were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early, requesting that we check with them to make sure the room is clean before entering. I happened to be in the area around 1:30 and decided to stop in to see if the room was clean. They were very friendly and went out of their way to find out if it was clean. Upon finding that it wasn't clean they asked the housekeeping staff when it would be clean. I was told it would be clean in an hour. So an hour later I was able to check in. They were incredibly helpful and friendly and always available at the front desk. The pool was great and the breakfast was among the top I've experienced, though not quite the best. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator in the room.

The location and staff was friendly. The room could of been cleaner there was stuff on the carpet and hair in the bathroom. Iwas up north for doctor reasons and needed a roomI could stay in and rest after wards, it was surprisingly quiet andI did get my rest.

It was very clean. It was in a great location to where we needed to be the next day. I liked the fact that the front desk called as soon as we got into the room to see if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything. That's customer service.

The lady at the breakfast was very helpful and nice. We could not find someone to get more towels. It was okay.

Indoor swimming pool. Old exercise equipment. Great place to stay. Nice facility, great location, and even across the parking lot from Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.
