We were traveling to visit family in Omaha. We had our two dogs with us and I feared that I may end up with a lower quality hotel in order to accomidate them. Not True. I travel for business and this hotel and the service I received was comporable to that of 4-5 star hotels that I usually stay in.

Friendly staff. Very small rooms androoms werenot very clean. When we arrived, we learned the pool was closed due to previous storm damage. The staff did offer for us to use a nearby hotel's indoor pool. However, recent news reports indicated that a child had died in the pool. Obviously, we chose not to take our children swimming. This was a big disappointment for them. The hotel rooms were very small and the bathroom was so small it was difficult to open or close the door. The staff was super friendly.

Our stay was very nice in Omaha. We loved our room and the front desk very friendly.Loved the Firewater Bar and Grill. We will stay again when we visit Omaha next year. Thank you Omaha

This hotel was really great for a place to sleep, it was restful and clean, and definately suited our purposes.

Convenient off the interstate and easy access to airport. Nothing. We checked in late and left early, not no real interaction with the staff, etc.

So I thought this hotel would be fairly nice, it is supposedly newly renovated. Our first impression was great, the staff friendly the lobby and dining area gorgeous, the room, while small fit into the nice newly decorated theme. However on closer inspection we noticed black mold growing up one of the walls. The front desk was very accomodating and moved us to another room. We packed up all our stuff and 2 kids only to find this room had black mold and water coming out of a wall. The manager came up apologized and said he would upgrade us to a business suite. At 10:30p.m. we finally relocated to our 3rd room only to find this one also had black mold. At this point I said whatever I can't keep moving my kids need to sleep. No offer to comp at all. Needless to say I have called the Nebraska Public Health Dept. My advice try the Holiday Inn right across the street.

Location was convenient. Omaha is easy to get around. Pool was clean, but a little cool.

The bed was comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room. Good experience. I did not use the lounge or the restaurant, but Continental breakfast was good. Overall the desk clerks were very friendly and nice except for the first girl I met.

We had to wait in line for 40 minutes to check in, the lady at the front desk was really rude and making comments the whole time to other people which was very unprofessional. We wanted to upgrade to a room with a king size bed and when we got there the floor in front of the bathroom was sopping wet. The next morning my husband went down for breakfast at 9:00 and there was no food left. It took 45 minutes of standing in line before we could check out and then when it was finally my turn, they had completely messed up my bill. When I got home and checked my bank balance 4 days later, I discovered they had double billed my credit card even though they absolutely assured me they hadn't processed it. We will NOT stay here ever again - it was just too much hassle. On the good side - the suite was really nice, big, comfortable, and pretty.

Great bar! Bugs and mold. The hotel had a bug that resembled a cockroach in our first room. The staff offered to move us to a different room; however, they did not offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. Our second room had a large amount of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room, in general, was unattractive and sullied. I was very disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn in Omaha.

The front desk staff were very short with us and did not want to answer our questions at check in. Would not check to see if there were any n/s rooms for us. When we got to the room- our toilet was running and would not flush. It took 4 hours and 3 phone calls to the front desk before it was fixed. At breakfast the next morning we were there early and there was nothing left and appeared to be no one working the breakfast room. We were very disappointed in our stay as we have stayed there in the past and did not have any problems, but we will not be staying there again.

Hard to top the hospitality ... eveyone was very friendly & helpful. Trying to have a pleasant dinner in the lounge was difficult w/loud music ... it was fun but should start about 10 p.m. Lounge personnel didn't fit the sophistication that the Inn itself had. The cleanliness of the room was wonderful ... was able to have a good night's rest because of it.

Their breakfast buffet is excellent for continental! This hotel was fine. The pool was nice, the person at the reception desk was attentive, the breakfast was great and the area breakfast takes place was nice as well. They are still doing some updating so the attractiveness of the hotel was not the best but fine enough. The only downside we had was the smoking room. Nice hotel.

This was my second time at this hotel and I don't know what I was thinking. Other than the location is perfect for my business trip. There is a horrible smell in the room's. It is almost as if the ventilation system is hooked to smoking rooms. I room smelled like smoke and during certain times it was extremely strong. I will not stay at this hotel again. I travel every month to Omaha this will not be on my list.

The Omaha Comfort Inn on Grover was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and everyone loved our standard poodle. We had a room on the top floor. Eventually we met most of the office staff and housekeeping as they found us to be introduced to our dog. The only drawback to the room was that there was no microwave or refrigerator in our room. So we were continually filling our cooler with ice. If my husband hadn't driven while I flew, we would not have had the cooler. The pool and spa was out of commission due to the recent storms, Ike being the main one. Overall, very nice, clean, friendly, and very pet friendly.
