Although the location was out of the way, and was hard to find, it was a first class place, at a very reasonable cost.

We reserved 3 rooms. 2 were quite good, one room had to be exchanged as there was a pair of undergarment in the bathroom.

It was a bit of an older hotel but we had a non-smoking room that was perfectly clean. The location makes it easy to get to downtown or to shopping malls. Very nice breakfast of waffles, fruit and breads in the morning. All in all a great place for the money.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Thank god the window opened or we would have burned up because we could not get the room unit to pump out anything but very hot air. Convenient to all we needed to do in Indy. Did not try the breakfast. Wall paper coming off wall in room, carpet worn, etc. Quiet. We would stay again but understand this is just a simple clean place to stay. Worth the cost.

I didn't like the hotel at all. We got the room and there was pubes and hair in the tub and toilet Comfortinn is nasty. My wife and I checked into room and 11:30 pm and when we got to out room the bathroom's had hair in the tub. I called front desk and we eventually got a new room. The new room was just as nasty but we was to tired to say anything so we went to bed and checked out at 6:30am.

Although the beds are small (double beds), the rooms were extremely clean, bathrooms were newly refurnished and very clean, breakfast seating area was very large! Lobby was inviting and cozy with a fireplace and seating area. Enjoyed our stay!

The location was good for me because I had a rental car and needed to travel all over the city and northern part of the state. They have a great complimentary breakfast, of which I took full advantage. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The service was great. I was very impressed with the speed of service. Breakfast was great! No indoor pool. Exterior unspectacular but lobby was welcoming. Service was fast and request meet quickly. Towels were brought to the room without requesting them. Room spacious and clean; everything visible and accessible. Bathroom clean and stocked. Breakfast was a hit. It was just enough;tasted great; and was appealing to the eye. It was a good stay; very functional hotel. I would recommend to anyone.

While the trip to the graduation party was just another trip for me, for my working class poor sister and her family, it was to be a real treat. Our rooms, though ordered together, were as far apart as possible and mine smelled so strongly of stale smoke I couldn't breathe to sleep. I did enjoy the balcony, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff was welcoming.

Nothing fancy but affordable and well-located. This has been our launching pad to catch concerts at The Vogue. Love hitting the Famous Daves BBQ and Trader Joes nearby!

Staff were quite friendly and respectful. Breakfast was nice too. Seemed a bit dated in decor.
