The Comfort Inn Suites would do in a pinch but if you put alot of stock in a nice room, then this is not the place for you. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a concrete slab. The bathroom was in fair condition. There are never enough towels but I understand because people steal them. The location was not easy to get to on a access road.

Highly valuable diamond ring stolen - refused all help repeatedly by staff. Comfort Inn Corporate said they had no security personnel, hotels were independent. Apparently the hotel staff is well acquainted with this and acts accordingly with guest possessions.

The AC unit in the room was extremely loud, I was able to hear the traffic from the Hwy in my room and it too was very loud, did not get any sleep because of the excessive noise. I would not stay at this hotel again even if you paid me.

all rooms face the interstate-very noisy hotel smells musty; toilet didnt flush; TV flickered, sink in bathroom was slow to drain.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Poor security. The hotel itself was adequate for my needs at the time. The security around the hotel is poor as my pickup was broken into and several items taken even though I thought I parked in a safe zone.

After staying at this hotel I realized that sometimes it's good to pay more money for better quality. I do understand that the day I arrived at the hotel their was a bad storm in the area. When I checked into my room it had a light odor. I was smart enough to bring scented candles. Well, I noticed some dripping coming from the window. Well, I went to the window to realize the housekeeper put two towels in the window. The towels were soaked. The curtains were stained. I went to the front desk to see if they could offer me another room. They were full and the hostess told me that it is expected that the rain will leak through the windows. I was shocked that she gave that type of response. I then asked for more towels to place in the window. She later sent the housekeeper to my room with some additional towels for the window. It would have been nice if they offered me a credit or or some type of discount for my discomfort. They did offer a complimentary happy hour and breakfast the next day. I wasn't satisfied with the hotel so I wasn't interested in attending either service. In the end I would rate this hotel as a 2.5 with the scale being (1-5). They first need to fix the windows so the water doesn't leak in during a rain storm. Second they should use a lot of Febreze. Thank you!

Absolutely no hassle, Priceline took care of the booking, and the hotel had everything ready when we got there. Can't think of anything that did not meet my expectations. Great service, comfortable room, good wireless, great television, and easy to find using a map or GPS. No complaints.

The hotel location is right off of the expressway, so traveling around Dallas was great for us. The front desk clerk helped us with directions and when something was unknown he directed us to the business center. The bed was soooooo comfortable and the rate was great. We didn't really spend that much time in the hotel so it's purpose was served.

Nice clean room with a great bed. Location was convenient making it easy to get around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included.

It served a breakfast, and of course the cleanest. No airport shuttle. I had to hire a taxi. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a middle of the road room. It was very clean and made me feel at home. The desk people was always glad to help, they called the taxi and had it there on time.

"I was very happy with the attitude of the staff, and cleanliness. I really do not have any complaints except that the entrance was blocked the whole time I was there making it difficult for pick up and drop off for taxi service."

"Having been born and raised in oak cliff dallas, finding a hotel close to my relatives in a ""good"" part of town can be difficult. This hotel was a little bit further than market center but it was close to many resturants. The staff was friendly and promptly took care of any requests or complaints. The only complaint we had was one of children in the floor above us jumping on the beds at all hours. Not the hotels fault....In the future, we will stick to our rule of asking for a room on the top floor. "

The room was very nice, and clean, the location was good and the front office printed up directions to local restaurants, breakfast was good. Restaurants were a bit far (4 exits up). Iliked it. Very pleased.

"I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. It was convienent to I35 for my buisness trip, clean room, and comfortable bed. The only downside is the water was Ice Cold in the mornings."

It was wonderfully quiet. Actually it was all good. The hotel was very clean, quiet and safe. The continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The Internet connect was a bit slow but speed right up once the high school group left. I really appreciated that the housekeeping staff waited until close to check out to start their rounds.

"The overall appearance of the hotel was nice, but I was grossed out by the hair on the shower curtain when I checked in! I requested a non-smoking room, but the whole hallway smelled HEAVILY of smoke, as did the comforter! Since I had paid online, so I had to make the best of it. Front desk staff was nice, and I think that had I made a big fuss about it, they would have accommodated me. The continental breakfast was good each day, with lots of choices. I'd probably stay there again, if they improved the cleaning."

Hi speed wireless internet worked like it's supposed to. Fine for the traveler who needs no frills. Free parking, decent breakfast and friendly staff.

"I was a little surprised that the room was so nice. The lobby is pretty and everything worked well. The continental breakfast was good but the server made it great. She was a very friendly, sweet lady and we enjoyed her hospitality. We would stay here again anytime."
