The staff was great and hard working. This hotel was great to stay in lubbock. The rooms were clean the staff were 5 star quality.

Room was adequate, felt damp all the time though. Cleaning staff was friendly. Breakfast needs some work.

Friendly staff and great breakfast. I typically stay at 4-Star hotels, but we just needed one night after picking up our daughter at camp. The room was clean and quiet. The mattresses were pretty comfortable, which was very nice. Shower had NO water pressure--took a long time just to get wet. But for our purposes, it worked out great.

Clean, not luxiouious but nicely done. High speed internet. Good coffee in the morning buffet, but only powdered dairy substitute. C'mon guys..this is TX...find some half and half!

When we arrived at this hotel, the TV didn't work. Staff told us to unplug it overnight and try again in the morning. Since we were leaving the next day this was not an option. I finally was able to fix the problem (programming) by myself. The staff wondered how I did it so they could do it the next time. (Seemed to be a repeat problem). The room was filthy. Will not stay here again as there are many other nicer hotels in the same area.
