I came to Boston for a job interview. I was nervous. The staff at the hotel were so helpful with everything that I needed. They went out of their way to get me where I needed to go and to make sure that I was comfortable in the hotel. I rested well and had a great interview!

Clean, easy transportation to airport and Boston, use of computres. Vending machine for ice cream was unclearn, no resteraunts around only in the hotel and the food was not good.

I was amazed at how much I enjoyed this hotel. I didn't expect too much because of the price, but found it to be an extremely comfortable stay and was really impressed by the staff.

Nice atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, shuttle available to airport and airport blue line train station. Safety could be improved by adding key card access to the rear parking lot entry and the corridor from the attached restaurant.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from Maine, to go to the Aquarium. The hotel was sold out so the breakfast was very crowded but the staff did a great job in keeping up. The room was clean and comparable to the cost. The hotel is close to the wonderland stop on the blue line so travel into the city was easy. would recommend for a short stay, but not for long stays. the mexican restaurant was a good dinner stop.

I understand it is expensive here in the NE. We showed up at 2:50am and left at 10am.. What can I tell you. we slept.. we had the Breakfast and we moved on.

Fabulous restaurant Margaritas. Paper thin walls, neighbors TV kept us up all night. The TV in the neighboring room sounded like it was on my bed, and they left it on all night, paper thin walls. I could hear conversations of the neighbors perfectly. Clean, but linens were old, outdated, the lobby/halls smelled dank and old. New flat screen TVs. Very small pool looked green and dirty, so we opted out. For, I thought it was overpriced. I would expect to pay $55 for a hotel of this quality. Handy shuttle to airport.

While one of the better deals in Boston, this was still and expensive stay for an OK experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful about local attractions & things to do.

We stay there whit christams 2008. Rooms where very clean. Emlp. where very helpfull. Resturant on site is very good. The only thing that I didnot like is that dinner options are not close by. Thate doesn't mean that the resturant on site is bad. No the resturant on site is great. But you like somtimes other food to. We are blind and than you can not travel white a car. Then you need other optons to thik about.

We stayed here just for the night to recharge before heading to Killington for skiing. The kids (10 & 11) loved the indoor heated pool, as well as the free buffet breakfast, where they made their own waffles. The hotel was clean, and the staff was reasonably friendly. Not somewhere we'd stay for more than a day or two because the beds & pillows weren't that great (one of those things that I find important!). The NECCO plant is across the street (candy wafers), and they have a store (which unfortunately is closed weekends). The hotel is near the interstate and airport (maybe a ten-twelve minute drive), as well as aquarium, Mapparium, Harvard & other fun stuff (15-20 minutes). We would definitely stay again if we passed trough the area.

The rug in the room had dirty spots on it. The room had a musty odor, maybe from the rug?

Excellent service, shuttle transportationand breakfast. TV channels needs a little improvement. Excellent personnel, the shuttle service was a hit, the breakfast was also very good. The room was clean all the time. We will definitely come back and recommend it.

My only complaint with the hotel is that its shuttle service apparently picks up at the airport ONLY when called. We waited quite a while at Logan before contacting the hotel to find out why we hadn't seen any of its shuttles. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay, and will definitely use the Comfort Inn again if we are in the area. We especially appreciated the classical music played in the hotel lobby. Below -- don't remember receiving the "Thank you" card, but we were tired at checkin time . . .

If you want great Mexican food - green chilli sauce was fantastic! - go to the on site restaurant. Tomatillios and cillantro in the sauce made the 2 dishes wonderful. Fried ice cream was also great. Our room location was near the elevator and a door/doorway entering another part of the floor. Made for more noise. Clean and friendly.

The trip unfortunately was for a funeral, but I found my stay at the Comfort Inn to be quite pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

If you have to fly early in the morning the hotel has a great location. It's a streight shot to Logan Airport if you are returning a rental car, otherwise, the hotel has a shuttle leaving for the airport every 30 min. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little far from downtown Boston but you can get there by subway or by a cab. Our only little gripe is that in the whole Northeast the "Save the Earth" theme is way overdone and can become quite annoying. come on, people, get a grip! You are not destroying the earth. Live and let live!

Clean, loved the shuttle service to and from airport. This is a nice, clean hotel. The staff is friendly and the shuttle service was great. The continental breakfast could use a few more hot items, like perhaps scrambled eggs and meat, but overall very good. The beds were comfortable.

This hotel ia just ok for a one-night stay before or after your flight. No more than that...

We found the staff very polite, friendly, and considerate. The staff was very helpful with bus schedules and made various other suggestions regarding what to do and see in Boston. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was an extra bonus that the hotel is environmentally friendly and conscientious. We truly enjoyed our stay!! :)

Great staff, great facility, great breakfast, great convenience. Appreciated all the help from the staff and the comfort of the hotel. Fitness room was terrific! Business room was convenient, not out-of-the-way--important for a single woman traveler.
