Bed was very comfortable. Nice pool/patio area. Breakfast did not have fresh fruit.

Great new renovated property and rooms. The breaskfast is the best!!

Great bed and low noise. I have stayed at this property a few times now. The staff is very friendly and will help in any way they can. There is minimal road noise from I-40. The beds are some of the softest I have stayed in and I do about 12 nights a month in hotels. The morning breakfast is good and fresh with lots of variety. The manager will even get you something if you need to leave before it opens.

Friendly staff knowledgeable. Nothing, I can say. Friendly staff knowledgeable.

I made the hotel reservation for my daughter and her family (husband + infants). The hotel staff were excellent! However, the first night, my grandson threw up on the bed. They came back, and the bed was made. They went to go to sleep, and found out that the sheets had not been changed. They had to sleep with a blanket over the bed. Also, the hotel bill showed less than what Travelocity charged me. I'm still trying to get that worked out. I would recommend this hotel, but would suggest you mark the sheets in some way, in order to assure they had been changed! For that matter, maybe the towels too!

Convenient location. Dark with cheap cleaner smell. This hotel had changed names since I won a bid for a room. Outline of Wyndham is still on front, but no sign has been put up in its place. Inside, a paper easel showed the new name, Park view Place or something with Park in the name.

You can definetly tell this is not a typical Choice hotel. I recieved a courtesy call the day before I arrived inquiring if I have any special needs. Upon arrival I had a welcome note in my room with a comment card to let them know if I needed anything. The day after checking out I had a phone call from the Front office manager thanking me for staying with them. WOW!! The owner has done a great job on the renovations after recently purchasing this property. The staff is remarkable, their "Heavenly" beds were more than heavenly. I absolutely will return on my trip back to Kknoxville next month. Great

The room was spacious enough to allow for playtime and a crib. Arrived at night. Exterior was dark and there was no visible hotel sign. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge. Lots of room for my almost one year old to play.

The hotel rooms look like they have had some remodeling done. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We had a very large group to stay at the hotel and would recommend this hotel to others.

The closeness to the highway and shopping. Very private rooms. The lounge area were breakfast was served was not kept very clean. I would stay there again, Nothing really negative to say. Just overall good experience.

Happy hour and hot breakfast were great, would prefer non smoking eating area. Double beds should be banned from hotels, sleeps two, no way. I would have had a wonderful stay if there had been rooms available with 2 queen beds. We were in the hotel because our hardwood floors were being finished. Sleep was horrible because of the double beds. My two teenage sons were in one and my husband and I in another. Really, no one wants a double any more if there is more than one person in it.

Very clean. Nothing. Staff was great and the complimentary drinks, and the breakfast. We will be going o see David Copperfield in Knoxville and guess where we are going to stay, at the Clubhouse in Knoxville.

Called for directions and room changes and staff was very helpful. Very small exercise room. Two treadmills would have been nice so we could have worked out together. After reading some of the previous reviews I was a little worried. Renovations must have been complete as staff was very friendly and the hotel looked very nice. Had a great time and saw nothing wrong with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Really nice breakfast bar. Rooms were noisy. A lot of outside noise. Kids partying. The hotel was very clean and nice although it is old. Could use some updating. College kids down the hall kept us up most of the night. I wonder if this is a regular thing.

Hotel is clean, staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is great. Althought the hotel is very clean, it is old and showing signs of wear ie. peeling wallpaper. I would recommend this hotel based on price, cleanliness and helpful staff but would offer a caveat regarding the overall general appearance of the hotel and rooms.

Good location close to restaurants. I like lots of light in a room..they were kind of dark. We had a good time. We had a good time. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Nice hot breakfast buffet. Free WiFi internet, a bit slow but free. Very clear cable signal. ` Rude staff at front desk. Bathroom had mildew, cracks and rust. 2 false fire alarms. Room across from us was trashed and had no doorknob, sketchy. The hotel was not great by any stretch, but not as god-awful. Just mediocre. Fine for a male business traveler not used to luxury accomodations, not great for my wife, though, who likes hotels to be nicer than home. Nice free hot breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh waffles, cereal, juice, muffins, toast, grits, oatmeal, sausage, biscuits, potatoes. Free wifi internet, a little slow but definitely faster than dialup, and free. We were able to eat at a cute little french cafe style table right by the fireplace. The lobby and lounge area is actually pretty nice, versus the rest of the hotel which looks dated. In our room, the cable TV signal was the clear for a hotel. The location was great for our destination, the Baptist Women's Hospital. Our king bed was comfortable enough. It took forever to check in. The clearly overworked and frustrated clerk should have made them wait while he checked in the people without issues. Then the clerk was rude to us at check in despite our patience. Our room was nice enough, a slightly strange furniture arrangement but workable, but the bathroom was, according to my wife, nasty. There was a cracks in the floor tile, a small rusty hole in the wall, and some dark mildew stains in the shower. Outside, on the vanity, the sink handle was cracked and totally loose from the sink, making it difficult to operate. At one point I turned on the bathroom light.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast offered in the mornings was excellent. It was also a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. It seems somewhat uninviting when you enter the lobby due to the dark lighting and older decor. However, our stay ended up being pleasant. The hotel is not really flashy, but it is in a good location and the rooms are very clean. great free breakfast in the morning with good coffee and a full course of foods. Very pleasant and appropriate for the 2.5 star rating.

Close to highway. Badly staffed, pour rooms, poor security. Hotel is in a good location off highway. But the hotel did have very dark hallways, was not well maintained and lacked guest services.
