Housekeeping very rude. Starting at 8 am they repeatedly came by after being told checkout is 11 am and tthey should come by after checkout. Bathroom door would not stay open.

The free breakfast was pretty good. The pool was clean and well kept but the water was freezing! A great hotel for the purpose of sleeping in for a night or two. The flat screen TV was high quality and a nice touch. The free high speed internet access was very useful as well. The free breakfast was surprisingly satisfactory. However the pool's temperature was at arctic levels turn up the heat just a little bit guys!

Nash is a treasure to keep! Friendly, high quality service and a great location (one block from the beach). Restaurant, one of the best around, offers delightful gourmet dishes.

Overnight stay away from the honky tonk areas. This hotel hits the spot for a value stay with comfort and quiet.

Clean, large roomandcomfortable. One night noisy people were not dealt with promptly. The hotel was nice andstaff were friendly. There were some noisy patrons in the room next to ours that were very loud. We had called the front desk, but the noise continued.

Needed a place to stay for a one-night stopover after flyng into Vegas before getting on the road to our destination. This was perfect. Quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, easy drive to/from airport and car rental. Nearby casino hotel for entertainment and dining. Will stay here again.

Very clean, well decorated and close to shopping. Rooms were big and comfortable. Beds were very nice and big. Decor was nice and staff was very helpful.

The hotel was great but you should bring earplugs if you want a lot of sleep. I really don't think the hotel can do anything about the noise because of where it's located so you must plan for it. For the price and great location it is an excellent deal.

This was a most enjoyable stay. The price $89.00 - was a great deal. The hotel was quiet - clean. The rooms were up to date and well maintained. The pool area - fantastic for a restful afternoon. The music coming thru the BOSE system was cool jazz and I could have stayed poolside for 3 days!

Very clean and new. The hotel was very clean and in a good location around other restaurants and next to a good size casino. Close enough to walk back if needed. Good place to stay if you don't want stay near down town, and only about a 8 minute drive to down town.

This hotel is conveniently located to South Beach nite life, shopping at Lincoln road, excellent resturants,buses to downtown and windsurfing area. The staff is friendly and quick to fix small details that may be a problem. I liked the decor - altho my wife thought other hotels were better appointed. I want to come back in the future. I cannot think of a hotel that has pleased me more.

This was GREAT. The pool and jacuzzi looked really nice, but it was waaaay too cold to go in. We got full off of their deluxe continental breakfast (served 6-10am) which included belgian waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruit, pastries, etc. My only complaint was for the morning of New Year's Day, they ran out of paper plates for breakfast around 9am, so we had to eat our waffles and biscuits from bowls, which was kind of awkward. The location itself is within neighborhood stores like Ross, Vons, L & L Hawaiian BBQ,etc. save us money on eating out & shopping . We will most likely stay here again on our next trip to Vegas. The hotel is a smoke free facility, but some guests were smoking in the rooms because we could smell it in the hallway.

Attractive modern hotel, friendly staff (very friendly compared to other South Beach hotels), clean and comfortable rooms, stylish design, good stereo in the room, perfect location, and quiet (for South Beach). The nicest of the small deco hotels that I have stayed in.

I was disappointed that it was rated as high as it was. The hotel was a good 3 star hotel. There was nothing wrong with the hotel other than it being a glorified three star hotel that was a bit of a walk from the beach and Lincoln Mall. The hotel was a bit pricey all things considered. If I had known it was a three star hotel I would have looked elsewhere considering what the room rate was.
