I've booked multiple hotels through Orbitz including this one in NY. But when we arrived at 10pm, there were no non-smoking rooms available. We therefore had to find another hotel late at night. Having found one, I called Orbitz next day to complain and insure credit -- was told I would have to pay one night's fee for a smoking room, and the rest would be refunded. This insures we will NEVER use Orbitz again for airfare or hotels.

The continental breakfast. The attitude at the front desk. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The continental breakfast was wonderful with something for everyone's taste. I was disappointed with the front desk staff upon arrival and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Hotel is set back from main road, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was limited, but good for people on the go, not a lot of restaurants close by, but good location, easy drive into the city (40 minutes) or Westchester (15 minutes). Definitely would stay here again.

Very roomy, clean, quiet, comfortable, cool, good location. Continental breakfast could have a bit more variety. This hotel met all of our expectations. We were very comfortable here. It's right off the saw mill parkway and wasn't hard to find at all. Just would have liked a little bit more variety at continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
