Accomidation were average. Althought the room appeared update over the last few years, the overall hotel could use a face lift. Vending machines weren't working. chewed gum was in the basket of the dring machine. This tells me cleaning isn't very thurough. Hotel was ok for the price.

Hotel is new. When I checked In I upgraded to a larger suite with King for 15 a day more. During the week it was * a night, not bad, you can walk to a lot of places if need be. Sandstone Restaraunt behind the hotel has good food. Good Hotel for the Money.

The room was quite comfortable and amply supplied with basic necessities. I especially liked having an iron, ironing board and blow dryer. There were a couple of drawbacks. The first was that there were big spotlights just outside our room window that were brightly shining all night. We had to rig a way to close the curtains though they were not closable curtains. Very difficult and did not cover the light adequately. Also, our large room lamp was not working...I believe the outlet was not functioning properly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we paid too much for what we actually got.

Free USA Today and Buffalo News. The heating system had only two settings: Off and Suffocating. Front desk staff didn't know the area. Room smelled funky. Heating/cooling system a joke. Couch springs were sprung. Overall hideous experience.

To be realistic, I'm not comparing this to a 5-star hotel. This is your basic room. Spacious and very clean. If you like sweet things for breakfast, this is a place for you. Unfortunately, that's mostly what they offer. Still very good place to stay for the money.

Management no help at all, inferred we were scamming the hotel but he had no clue who had the master key to the rooms. Admitted that maybe the rooms don't shut all the way after maid leaves. Did not comp us anything, or offer us new room. Stay Away !. Pool was at 105 degrees, so no one could use it. wife had to go back in room to call front desk in order to check out because no one was at the front, he was asleep in back !!

The smoking availability and the very clean room the hot tub was great. Check in time was a little late. Great room for a night away. The whirlpool tub in the suite was wonderful. I would defiantly stay again.

Location near highway and restaurant choices. Room was cold upon arrival. The hotel met expectations and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

toilet plugged and they couldn't find ""the plunger"". moved to another room. smoke detector began chirping. they gave me a battery.
