The hotel was in pretty good shape and reasonably clean, other than a not entirely cleaned up spill in the elevator. The bed was confortable and the staff was reasonably friendly. However, we were not given any bath towels, which we foolishly did not notice until we stepped into the shower. When we checked in, another gentleman who was checking out complained about the lack of towels. When we complained as we checked out, the clerk briefly apologized and then explained that they hotel was busy. Not much of an excuse for not having bath towels, but overall, a decent bargain.

I liked the spaciousness of the lobby (seemed very upscale) and the helpful staff. I wasn't there long enough to not like anything. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this hotel. It is in a downtown area which seemed a bit rundown as we approached but the hotel was beautiful. There was a galleria connected which looked very nice, shops, eateries, etc. but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it.

My room was 85 degrees when I walked into it. The heating unit had a malfunction but it worked most of the time. Everytime I returned to my room late in the evening it would be 85 degrees even though it was cold outside and the heater had been turned off. It kept turning itself back on several hours after being turned off. They kept telling me that that was not possible and that I couldn't change rooms without the approval of the general manager who was never responsive. That continued for five nights until I told them I was going to camp out in their lobby until they gave me another room. Finally on the fifth night at about midnight I was given another room. I was busy sightseeing and kept thinking that it would get better, but it didn't. The comfort Inn pledge "100% satisfaction or your money back" is a total farce. They offered to give me a discount on my next stay but I will never stay there again. Comfort Inn is under the Choice Hotels banner and Choice was no help either. Jim A.

The hotel was modern, clean and friendly. It also offered a free breakfast and newspaper. The hotel was very convenient to the local Courthouse. Some small stains on the room carpet. Clean, efficient and excellent for a business stay.

This hotel is a really great value for the money, and it's the only show in town. It's a new hotel, so it hasn't been trashed yet. Amenities are pretty basic, but that's all I generally need. There's an excellent restaurant in the strip mall on the other side of Rte. 17 too.

One of our rooms was missing light bulbs in the lamps near the beds and the staff was unable to fix the problem for us! Very good except for not being able to replace the light bulbs when we needed them.

Everyone at this establishment was friendly. The rooms were new and clean. I was very impressed.
