Overall the place was very nice, courteous staff and clean rooms. My main problem came on the last night there around 3:00am I was awaken to loud noises, lots of bumps, cursing, screaming and this went on for over 2 hours, needless to say by the time it got quiet enough for me to go back to sleep, it was already time for the family to get up, we had early morning church service at 7:30am. The front desk was called, but, I can not say if they did or did not check this out, once the call was made the noise continued for some time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room! It had a separate living area and even had a recliner. What a nice touch after a long drive from Tennessee. The staff was very helpful. In fact, I would have to say that are among the nicest that I've encountered. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend it to anyone staying in Little Rock.

The location was ideal for pick up and drop off of my client. The neighborhood was not the best and you could not walk to eateries or points of interest.

The customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. The staff, most notably XXX, is simply the best. They are extremely knowledgable about the area, history and pretty much anything you need to know. Deluxe breakfast is great. Rooms are very comfortable. It is walking distance to most of the towns hot spots but the routes you have to go I wouldn't recommend. The great thing is that the hotel offers a shuttle service and will take you there. Beds and pillows and very comfy, free wireless is very handy and if you forgot your laptop, they have computers with internet access 24/7. The downtown area is host to alot of restaurants, nightclubs and historical attractions. There is virtually no shopping whatsoever and the river market is still a work in progress. I was a little disappointed that the pool deck was closed. As this hotel is directly on the interstate, there is no outside area to enjoy the fresh air and the windows do not open, so without the pool deck you cannot be outside without going somewhere. All in all, this is one of the best examples of great customer service I have personally experienced and will definately return.

Clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel twice now. It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient for where I needed to go. The staff was friendly and professional. I will stay at this hotel again!

This airport served my purposes. It was clean and had a breakfast with airport shuttle. Close to airport. It didn't have a lot of additional facilities.

I liked the bed it was very comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated. On the last day of our visit the breakfast buffet was empty by 9:30 AM. I used the exercise room and found it adequate for my workout. The hotel was convenient to where we wished to visit and the beds were comfortable and clean. I was surprised to find eggs and sausage on the buffet the first morning but they were all gone by the time we came down for breakfast on the day we left. A large crowd of young people wiped out the buffet and it was not replenished while we were there.

Everything since the time I walked in. Keep up the great job! The only thing would have to be the parking available. It needs more parking spaces. I really enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown, it's in a good location not hard to get to & also has security on duty. I was there on a business trip and didn't know my way around town and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel it's self was very clean. The breakfast was also great! My room had everything I needed and it met all my needs. I would definitly go back & I would also recommend it to others.

They had a pretty good breakfast. Very had to get to. No Exit on I30. The hotel was ok, No microwave or frig in the room. Breakfast was not too bad.

It is close to everything down town. Carpet needed to be replaced or deep cleaned. Good place to stay, great location and the price is not bad.

Great breakfast! The business center only had two computers. The hotel looked brand new and it was super clean. There was a free shuttle that can take you and pick you up from anywhere in a three mile radius. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was awesome!

Good location, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one working elevator was inconvenient. The ice machines were on every other floor, which meant going downstairs to get ice. The hotel is in a great location to the downtown area. The rooms were comfortable and the whole floor was no smoking it was nice and quiet. Only one elevator was working which made it inconvenient and long wait times to get an elevator.

Close to downtown attractions. Staff acted as though they were too busy to assist. Fine location and facility for business or sight seeing in Little Rock. Close to Clinton Library and downtown attractions; river market, Dickey-Stephens Ball Park, All-Tell Arena, etc. Clean and updated, serving a nice complimentary breakfast, and a solid 2-star facility.
