Great heating/cooling system! No lamp for reading on couch. Quiet, only 15 minutes from Lansing, very comfortable room and affordably priced. Honest staff as I had left an expensive ring in the room by mistake and was afraid it would be gone upon my return, but was delighted to find it right where I'd left it!

We were in Lansing for my son's baseball tournament. The hotel is a very nice NEW HOTEL. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and CLEAN. I do a lot of traveling and this hotel is one of the cleanest. The comfort sunshine breakfast had a lot of variety and was well stocked for the morning traffic.

Newer and clean. Continental breakfast was not replenished when we went down to eat at 8:20. Great hotel to stay in. Very clean which is a high priority. Only minus was the continental breakfast was not replenished when we came down shortly after 8:00 am. It runs from 6-9.

Pool and hot tub. Limited continental breakfast - no fruit or yogurt. This is a beautifully maintained and staffed hotel. It is close to the Michigan State Police training facility, so many of their personnel stay there. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!

Laid back atmosphere. The pool was not opened last enough or open early enough. It was a nice place, nothing spectacular, just nice.

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok but donuts were stale. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and have not been disappointed yet. I will probably stay there again.

Price. Beds werevery uncomfortable, breakfast was not even worth getting up for. Bed wasvery uncomfortable. Breakfast was not worthing getting up for. Not very many choices.

The hotel was clean and the staff was hospitable. Would come her again if in Lansing. Great pool, great room, great staff and easy to get to from the highway. Highly recommend.

Clean, many amenities, including fridge and microwave in room. This hotel is an excellentin Lansing. Only 2 years old, the bathroom is clean and bright, far better than 5 stars hotels I have been in many parts around the world. The room temp control is digital and responsive. The room is comfortable with fridge and micorwave oven. You have a one serving coffee machine with coffee and decaf. there is an Iron with a full board, a wall mounted hair drier. In addition you can have a nice byte in the morning at no charge. Great management as well.

Comfortable beds andwaffles for breakfast. Excellent value hotel. Waffles included for breakfast although breakfast fairly limited. Hotel is well maintained and staff is very friendly.

Friendly, safe, convienent, accommadating, I will use this hotel again. This hotel is has easy access to highways, the noise level is low, the staff is helpful, parking is safe and ample. Overall a good place to stay.

The front desk staff was very efficient, outgoing, and knowledgeable! Everything was perfect, and that is saying a lot these days! When we arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the hot tub in the pool area was not working. I commented to the front desk clerkthat our friends and we had purposely looked for a hotel with a nice hot tub and pool because we wanted to be able to utilize both after our day's activities were completed. She took that into consideration and immediately called the hotel manager to ask if she could upgrade us into a Jacuzzi suite. He gave the approval right away and each of us were given a Jacuzzi room for both nights of our stay at no additional cost to us! These people went out of their way to assist us in any way they could. We needed a cord that was necessary for us to use our laptop computer and they made the effort to locate one and provided it to us. From check-in to check-out, we could not have had a better experience!

The hotel was clean and attractive. I felt safe. There was dirt and dust around the perimeters, outside of the rooms. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I would recommend it highly to other travelers.

The hotel location is great. There are open areas around the hootel.One idea is to put seating outside. A few tables and umbrella to enjoy the cool Michigan summer eves.

Good value. Heated swimming pool. Staff poorly trained, lack of interest towards customers. New hotel with very comfortable bed in reasonable sized room. Clean. Breakfast is fair and includes fresh waffles, however, lack of variety makes it kind of boring after a couple of days. Nice pool. Off interstate exit and close to most of Lansing.

Staff was amazingly accommodating. I can't say anything bad about the hotel or staff. I was impressed with the hotel and staff. The hotel staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate me. The room was very clean and comfortable.

New hotel, very clean, staff friendly. Location is in new industrial style area, somewhat solitude. This hotel is just a little ways away from some of the main street activities, but I would highly recommend it. Brand new in an upcoming business complex, very clean, with good staff. For security reasons, it's somewhat solitude location might pose a problem as it is just off of the expressway, but nothing more than any other motel set up this way. Wendy's and Arby's right next door.

New construction. Far enough from highway to avoid noise. Rather far from city but close to highwwy I96 and I69. Hotel is brand new (2005) with simple but modern equipment. AC is extremely silent which is rare for this hotel class. AC thermostat can be set for Celsius or Fahrenheit which makes this hotel friendly to international tourists and Americans who prefer metric units. Smoking units are at top floor which keeps the smoke away from non-smoking units. (Many other hotels are set-up the other way for some strange reason).
