Location. Smelly room dirty linens. On the beach, free breakfast bar and coffee. They need to clean or at least check bedding for stains before renting the room.

Our family came down and stayed this year in February and we had a wonderful time, the staff was so nice it made you want to stay. I believe every staff person goes above and beyond. The hotel is in a great location and for the price it was a great find.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful hotel a couple of weekends ago and it was a great get away. The staff was wonderful and location was perfect. Very nice hotel and the renevation they recently did paid off. Enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean, but we reserved a room with a kitchenette. The refrigerator did not work, our hotel room was left open one day and night until we came back to the room. Owners did not reemburse us but 50.00 for a room reservation of about 700.00. Not a good choice in my opinion. I tell everyone do not stay here.

Loved it because it was on the beach and close to a local we wanted. Hotel was very clean and close to the beach and a locale that we were looking for.

Its located right on the beautiful Daytona Beach. I found the hotel to be shockingly nice. It was right on the beautiful beach of Daytona, and there were great shopping areas, food places, and recreation spots.

The location on the beach was great could not have been better location! It was clean and the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast wasn't the greatest but everything else was.

Location was good and friendly reception staff. Air conditioner noisy and not very good. This hotel was adequate for my one night stay but I felt it was dear for what was on offer-the continental breakfast was excellent and perhaps this was why it was more expensive.

We like this hotel as it was right on the beach, with ocean front views. The hotel could have been cleaner, the view from the south side of the hotel was obstructed. The hotel is in a great location, the staff was friendly. It was an older hotel that was looking run down on the outside. The rooms were nice inside. The pool area should have been cleaner. Great access to the beach.

Everyone was very friendly. They did not change the sheets at all while we were there for three days. Lighting outside was excellent and security was great to have after hours.

It was in a great location especially for spring breakers. There was a lot to do. The maid service was very rude. It was very clean and in a great location, not to mention very affordable.

I liked the covered parking. I didn't like the fact that we had to park our trailers offsite. Overall this was a nice place I will stay there again I went to Daytona for bike week and this was an excellent location the only thing I didn't like was that we were not told we had to store our motorcycle trailers elseware at an additional cost but overall the experience was good.

The room decor was very nice, clean. Common areas, hallways, lobby need to be updated. Our room was great, completely renovated with attractive decor. The beds were very comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. We had an oceanfront room with a balcony overlooking the pool, within walking distance to Main Street and The Pier. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

Had a very nice view. Carpets were extremely dirty. This hotel was very nice overall. The only problem that I had was how dirty the carpets were (your feet and socks were black after walking across the room) also, it would have been real nice if there was a screen door on the sliding door so that it could be left open for fresh air without letting bugs in.

Room was clean. No one told us it was in the middle of being renovated. The room was clean and the location was good. Hopefully it wills e nice once the renovations are complete.

It is being remodeled and it¿s nice and clean. The free breakfast could use improvement. It is being remodeled. The room was really nice in decor and cleanliness, it¿s new. Parking is limited. Some disorderliness on the outside due to remodeling. An ocean view room was expected for this off season rate but I did not get it.
