The Comfort Inn and Suites Northwest is located just off of I-35E at the Walnut Hill Exit. We offer 85 spacious guestrooms featuring either two queen-size beds or one king-sized bed, studio suites with a king size bed and queen-size sofabed, executive suites with separate bedrooms and suites with jacuzzis. All rooms include microwave, refrigerator,high speed internet access and coffee makers. we were given a room on the 1st floor since my wife doesn't like upper floors because of the possibility of having to evaculate because of an emergency of some sort and the elevators are not to be used. She has a bad knee

Comfortable room, Texas waffle for breakfast. The noise from the club out back. We enjoyed our stay. Despite the noise from the club next door, we got good sleep. The Breakfast was good and fresh. We will return on our next trip.

The hotel itself was OK, right off the hi-way...but the area surrounding it was not family freindly. Lots of "gentleman's clubs" and massage parlors.

Great rates! Large room with much lower price than most hotels. Very clean and comfortable. We had small sitting area with couch & chair, microwave, refrigerator & bar sink. Would highly reccommend this hotel. Location was perfect for us. No complaints at all!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites located in Dalls. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. Except for one person on Friday the second night shift women. When we asked questions she was short and abrupt with us as if though we were bothering her. Everyone else though could not do enough for us. The inside pool was great, the rooms were big enough. I enjoyed the fact that there were 2 sinks in the room one in the bathroom and one outside. The location to everything was perfect. The breakfasts were more then enough to fill you. I would stay there again.

Proximity to Texas Stadium. The room decor was outdated. The room was clean but lacked modern feel. Needs a few updates as far as decor is concerned. It is quiet.

Very pleasant stay! Clean, well maintained, friendly front desk. Fantastic breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfasts each morning were different - full continental breakfast (texas shaped belgium waffles, eggs & biscuits one day, eggs & potatoes, and toritlla wrapped scrambled eggs). Would definately stay again!

The value for the money at this hotel is outstanding. Fairly new, nice size clean suites with refrigerator and microwave. For the price I paid I was expecting far less. Service from friendly staff was great. Not the best area, but there is a dave and busters around the corner which is great for families.

The hotel is located next to an Adult Club. All of the equipment in the fitness room was broken. When we requested more towels and pillows, we were told none were available. The nonsmoking suite was clean and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was good.

The room was clean and spacious and close to areas we were visiting. I asked to get my choice rewards points and they would not let me. I have gotten them before. I would recommend the hotel to friends.

The Breakfast was Great and the lobby was clean, indoor pool is a nice addition. Bathroom door wasn't hung properly. Overall it was a good stay. I have stayed in much nicer holtels for the same price, however the games that were taking place in the area raised all the hotel prices. I would stay for buisness purposes on one night stayes but would not sat for 2-3 day vacation or liesure travel.

Bell Desk personnel was pleasant. For me clean and no wear and tear is very important. Comfort inn room was clean and sheets, tower were clean and no wear and tear. I travel alot and I usually stay one night in each city I visit, comfort inn made my list and I will stay there again next time I visit. There rate was great. I'll recommend comfort inn to anyone. I usually visit Dallas 3 or 4 times a year and I can't believe I missed comfort inn all these year.

Breakfast, coffee, juice 24 hours, Free internet without security. No comment. Very clean, very well stocked room and common areas. Internet service was reliable and fast enough without requireing any effort to get through security. Best of all Free stuf, internet, juice, coffee and parking.

My stay at this Comfort Inn was enjoyable for the first few nights of my stay. The facility is very clean and taken care of, and the staff was very helpful. However on Thursday night at 1 a.m. I discovered there is a nightclub next door that makes a fair amount of noise, especially for the rooms at the back of the hotel. In addition, someone parked their car directly under my room window with music loudly playing for 15-20 minutes. Overall, my sleep that night was very restless due to the noise. The noise was also present on the Friday night of my stay, but was able to mask it by having the TV and air conditioner running. The breakfast in the mornings was very good, and had a lot of variety such a cereal, waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, and even hot foods such as eggs, biscuits, and bacon. The eating area was nice as well. The fitness center was in desperate need of repairs. Both treadmills were inoperable, and the other equipment was old and torn up. I wasn' t comfortable using the equipment for my workout because of their condition. Overall, my stay was good although there were a few negatives. Families might beware of staying at this hotel due to the nearby adult establishments however. There is a Dave and Buster's around the corner for those who enjoy that establishment. I would consider staying here again for the price if it were early in the week when the nightclub isn't open.
