Location. Nasty, rundown room, hot hallways and lobby. Both chairs were heavily stained. Blanket had holes in it. Sink was dirty (sticky stuff) upon arrival. Sink faucet spewed water everywhere causing wet clothing. Carpet was nasty and had an iron-shaped burn. Toilet tank leaked during night, causing water to turn on (loudly) every 30-40 seconds. Had to turn it off at the wall. Bath fixtures loose. Overall, the nastiest, worst room I have had in years. There appears to be some work going on outside the building, but the inside needs to be completely redone!

I believe that the hotel may be going through a change of ownership. There were workers working on the outside of the building and there was a sign saying "Comfort Inn and Suites coming soon". The hotel was cold and when we arrived, the room was also freezing. The tile ceiling outside of our room also looked like it had been leaking. The room itself was clean and it was very large. There is a micro-fridge and microwave in the room, although, that was not specified in the amenities. The free breakfast was not great. The juice in the juice machine was watered down alot and there were only a few options for cereal, etc. The view to the side of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was very polite.

The girl at the front desk was doing the best she could with an outdated hotel. It was dirty, only 1 out of 3 room cards worked, only had 1 double bed in room which was unexpected. Exterior falling apart. I would never stay in a Baymont Inn again. When we got there, there were holes all over the exterior. Wood and foam were exposed all over. We thought, uh oh! We had asked 3 rooms which each had 3 people in them. Each room had 2 adults and a kid. We discovered that there was only 1 double bed in each room. Then, the woman gave us the rooms. It was a huge hassle and took at least 30 minutes to solve the problem. We went to the room and the key card did not work. It only worked for 1 room. So, we went back to the front desk and she told us that we would have to wait for her to come to the room to manually program the cards. That was more waiting. While we waited another guest came down to the desk and complained that the sink faucet did not work. We finally got into the rooms. Our room did not have any towels and a dirty towel was hanging on the back of the door. There was hair around the sink in 2 of the 3 rooms. The floors in the rooms and halls needed a serious vacuuming. The beds were old, hard and sagging in the middle. We figured that we would only be there one night and make the best of it. We would never recommend that hotel to anyone!

Although this motel is next to I-75, the traffic noise is minimal. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and secluded, but easy to get to from the exit.

The room was fine and the continental breakfast was very good. We arrived in the early evening and were hungry. There was no restaurant in the area, we had to get back in the car and drive to eat. Overall nice place. We were not there long. Continental breakfast was good. No restaurants near the hotel (only one closed one).

Unattractive rooms, cheap looking hotel. It looked like they had cut corners in the hotel, instead of going a little extra and making it reasonably nice. I thought the room was unattractive and looked very cheap looking. Bed was very small and uncomfortable. They were only 2 small pillows on the bed and every other hotel I stayed at lately has at least 4 pillows per bed.

No comment. They put in next to the housekeeping laundry and they woke us up at between 5-6 am every morning. I would not recommend this hotel anyone I know.

They were very friendly and had a nice Continental Breakfast. The beds were small and the pillows flat. I returned to the front desk and asked if they had a room with two full size beds and the only thing they had was a smoking room which we took because there was my wife, me, our daughter and 4 year old grandson and we needed more than one small bed.

Checking out was the best quality of the stay. Dirty, terrible bed, sticky carpet, stains on sheets, smelt like dogs. Very dirty! Worst bed I have every slept in. We ended up making a bed on floor to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the number of people that were staying, there was not a lot of noise. It was peaceful. The only thing was that here were trash bags out by the back door on the way to the pool. It was unattractive. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Cleveland. I've been at the Holiday Inn and Super 8 before. The cost was less than the Holiday Inn, but everything about the hotel was better.

Good service, easy-flexible staff. Did not make a quick attempt to find my forgotten laptop charger. Over all a good stay for the price paid. The hotel changed our room from a one bed non-smoking to an available two beds smoking. The complementary breakfast was good, and room service was nice. My only complaint is in part to my personal fault. I called the hotel the day I left and reported that I had left my laptop charger, and they simply told me they would check with the maids. I felt that considering the time frame I had called in, that it would have been possible for them to immediately check the room. That way, not giving it a chance to get lost or stolen. I will say that after persistence I spoke with the manager who did check the room, but unfortunately it was too late. He was very nice and offered to call me if anything showed up. Overall a very helpful group of employees, and a enjoyable stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were not comfortable and we didn't sleep well because of this. The hotel was in a good location and very family friendly. There was a group there and they brought grills and had a cook out outside while swimming and playing other games. I thought it was nice of the hotel to allow this.

Breakfast was good. Staff were not able to work with me on a problem.

Price was good, but not when you get into the nasty room. It has dog hair on the carpet, and cigarette smoke was overwhelming in the halls and in the room. We had a not smoking room. I would not recommend this hotel. The room wasn't clean, dog hair on the carpet and the heat/air conditioner wasn't working and the non-smoking room melt of a smoking room. I slept horrible and will not stay there again.

The friendliness and cooperation of the staff was wonderful for my grandchildren and me. Did not consider it at first because a friend had said the beds were uncomfortable. We found them most comfortable, however. The staff was most helpful. I did not have reservations for a 2nd night and found we needed the rooms again, and the staff was very accommodating. They were also very good with my pre teen grandchildren and made their visit very enjoyable. The breakfast was sufficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, the exercise equipment did not appear to function well and the one thing lacking (and is in the entire area) would be an indoor swimming pool.

The rooms were very quiet. No sounds from other rooms or traffic outside. The city of Cleveland has a hotel room tax, this was an unpleasant surprise. Rooms were very quiet. No outside noise from the freeway or other rooms. Very nice pool area. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was very gracious and efficient. This is a very good place to relax. The city of Dayton imposes a 5% room tax, in addition to Tennessee's 9.25% sales tax. Adds a hefty little fee to the room rate.

The employees were TOP NOTCH!! Rooms VERY average. Staff was the most friendly I have run into in any hotel. The rooms were laid out poorly and outdated but over clean. The breakfast was more than expected for a cont. breakfast.
