Spacious room divided with living area & divided bath from shower & sink. Stained/dirty carpet in the hallway, missing carpet strip at bathroom door, spills throughout the room. Good location, lots of room in the room with divided areas but notso clean.

Upon arrival, expecting to find the one-bedroom suite with living room and sofa bed that I reserved, we were placed in one small room, with two double beds and a small sofa bed crammed in the corner. When voicing my concerns for our large family needing extra space, the front desk staff seemed unconcerned and unsympathetic. We dealt with where we ended up, but it would have been nice if the front desk staff would have been friendlier. The hallway carpet was dirty, needed to be vacuumed. The same small pieces of trash were on the floor the whole time we were there. When we went into our room, there was any empty coke can in the closet, no trash bag in the trash can, and an overall feeling of uncleanliness. The back door entrance from the parking lot was propped open every time we entered and exited. The swimming pool was okay, but could have been cleaner. The free continental breakfast was very picked over, not kept replenished with fresh food, which was an added expense for our family because we had to go out for breakfast. If it hadn't been a holiday weekend, I would have definitely searched for another hotel.

Price and space in the room. The noise in the next room lasted until 10:30PM. The hotel was nice for the price. I would recommend it to friends andI would stay there again.

This was the nicest Comfort Inn I've stayed at anywhere. Both the appearance of the hotel, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and very clean. I stayed in a 2 room suite, where the bedding was a pleasant surprise, very impressive. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone.

Convenience to parking lot. It was a one night stay. The accommodations were very good and I will recommend it to others.

not the place to stay if you just wanted to rest, not to mention that the room was dirty, house keeping needs to clean the mirrors due to substance smeared on it. not to metioin no english spoken at the front desk and did you notice that this was tenn and a hotel.

The staff is what made this hotel stay great for us! It is an older hotel, slightly worn at the edges, but that really did not matter! We were two families evacuating from Louisiana and Gustav. After staying in a Best Western that was much higher in cost and lower in service, this was a wonderful experience. The breakfast provided was more than adequate - it was delicious and fresh. The staff was friendly and kind. God bless all of them!

The parking lot was uncomfortable, I felt unsafe with the individual who drove through the parking area. The room was only cleaned two day of the entire trip; no option for limited service. The pillows were HARD and the sheets unclean. The staff was not interested in their customers. There was no working ice machine on my floor, I had to go to the next floor and hope that ice machine would work. The real problem came when I WAS STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR FOR NEARLY 30 minutes. The fire department was finally called to correct the elevator system. No one at the front desk nor any staff member talked with me to make certain I was emotional "okay" and I received no explanation or help. This was terrible! Comfort Inn had been recommended to me by a friend, she used Comfort Inn's in other states. This was a VERY POOR experience. You should rate this motel POOR.

The hotel is located near an interstate away from downtown. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The hotel is located in a commercial area off the interstate in a suburban setting. The hotel itself is old and needs new carpet in the rooms. However, the room was clean and did not smell musty. If you simply need a room for the night, this hotel offers a decent one at an economic price.

Room was old, smelly and not very clean. Floor was filthy. Shower head practically came off. I had to work on it myself to get it functioning. Sheets looked old and worn! Family was very dissapointed and vowed to never stay there again!

Location, inexpensive. Design of building, breakfast wasn't good. Hotel layout wasn't the best, you had to walk a mile to get to your room from the lobby. Breakfast wasn't great either. People working there were nice and helpful. Cost was very inexpensive for the room.

This hotel was a pretty good value. You can tell the hotel has been remodeling. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Kind of a strange layout though. Outdoor pool only which was not open when we stayed.

Inside foyer. Small rooms. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful, the free breakfast was good since we had small children with us to get ready for the aquarium trip, this saved a great amount of traveling time as far as finding a place to eat. The accommodations were very nice for the price. I would stay again.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was great and no one bothered us our entire stay.

Very nice environment in a pleasing hotel with a great staff. Their hot breakfast is delighting. I will be back to this hotel next year for a longer stay.

Food, beds. Service was poor, room had a odor. The TV didn't work. The air wouldn't shut off. And no one seemed to care or to fix it. Other than that it was a great stay. The rooms had a odor, no ice in the hotel on my floor, again no help. Breakfast was on target and service no good.

Very Nice Rooms. Thank You For Making This A Comfortable Stay.

The bed was broken on one side and squeeked everytime you moved on that side. It was not as close as we would have liked it to be to the attractions we were visiting. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Comfort Inn was not what I expected at all. The hotel seemed to be old and not real clean. I wanted a nice getaway with my husband and for a 3 star hotel rating and $ I was not impressed. Our toilet was stopped up and it just took the excitement and romance out of our getaway.
Date of Stay:

The rooms awere not clean. The place was run down. Our car was broken into. I was awakened by the police at 3:30 a.m. to learn of the break-in. Door window was shattered. Our GPS was stolen. Our room was not made on the second day. There were no soap or shampoo.
