4 Stars ? must be kidding, false advertising, 2.5 max. Noisy road (car hoons) on two sides kept us up all night. Kitchenette exhaust fan not working making cooking and therefore the kitchenette worthless. Toaster was un cracked and generally unhealthy. TV did not have all the fox channels nothing for children. One channel in black and white. Parking is impossibly tight even if you can find a place. Very poor value for money, look elsewhere.

Really rude staff and looks nothing like the pics. Hotel itself seems a bit run down. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Very noisy with traffic going past in the early morning. Myself and 2 others with the same group had our credit card details used after we left - someone went on a very nice (and expensive) shopping spree. Wouldn't trust the place again.

Good value for money in a handy location (only a short drive to the CBD, may a walk if your keen). The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms have every thing you need, however the 1 bedroom apartments are a little small for 2 adults and 2 children, with the 2 fold down beds taking up living room (I found it OK for a few nights, maybe different for a long stay). The car parks are also quite small in size and volume (I didn't have a problem with a medium SUV, however you need to be careful). Would stay again at the right price.

The hotel was well priced, the staff are lovely - kit kats are a great touch BUT - The shower head was terrible and the room and bathroom looks a little 'tired'...

Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was not of a high standard, ie cold and clearly very few guests took this option.

On our last night our room was NOT serviced, we had to ring recieption for towels etc even though we had put the please clean our room tag on the door, which was still there late in the afternoon when we got back from doing touristy things, very dissapointing.

Trying to be both an apartment and Hotel messed things up for us a bit. There is no ventilation to allow odors to escape when people using the cooking facilities. It made our stay very unpleasant. We wanted to stay couple more days but moved to new accommodation due to the odor in corridors and rooms.

Older style hotel given a name change. Fundamentally OK, but its not really an apartment, more a hotel/motel room with a fridge and cooker put into the room. I wouldn't stay for a holiday, but for business and if you are not sticking around, perfectly OK.

I stayed in room 116 which is close to the atrium which is used for breakfast and for a meeting spot during the day and evening. The chairs scape on the floor when people get up and make a loud iritaing noise which can be very annoying as it is heard in the room. The walls are also not insulated and I could hear every word my neighbours spoke. The TV next door was the reason I did not sleep well. The maids did not check and turn off the radio alarm so I was woken very early when I wanted to sleep. Due to tiredness I did not leave my room until midday and therefore the room was not made up as the maids finish at 1pm. I arrived from an overseas flight at 10am and could not check in until 2pm which I found inflexible, considering that check out is 10am.

Stayed o/n on way to snow. 1 b.r. spa suite excellent for family. Spa good, beds comfortable, rooms a bit dark. Disappointed to wait 15 minutes before checking in but all staff pleasant. Will stay there again. Much better than a hotel room! Position close to everything.

We found the room needed maintenance for the air con, plus the sliding door had a broken lock. We informed the hotel so hope they have done some repairs to the room. Otherwise we were very happy and would stay their again.
