Great hotel at a great value. The free breakfast is very good, room was clean, spacious bathroom. I will be staying here a lot in the next 4 years!

Overall it was perfect. The hotel was exactly as described on Priceline.

They don't change the sheets for several days, but say they do. There is a rude nasty person working the front desk. Other people at the front desk are lazy, leave the desk unattended to watch TV.

This was not a good place to stay. The front desk person was friendly, however, in the hallways were dirty Q-tips, that turned me off right away. After seeing that we didn't want to touch the breakfast in the morning. We did stay the night...but if we wouldn't have already paid for it in advance I probably would have left.

The experience was not good. I was in need some very quiet time and managed to get that because the hotel room was located in the basement. But the spa was not working, the hotel staff was friendly, but not efficient. When I asked for a luggage cart, they may no effort to assist me in locating one. When I finally located one, the staff made me go get it and bring it up when they were standing in the same location (they made no attempt to assist me). After I used the cart, on my way to return it the same front desk person was on her way back to the main level and she did not offer to return the cart for me, even though she knew that was my only reason for returning to that floor. During check in, the desk staff was continuously on personal phone calls. There were 2 person there and they both had cell phones hanging out of their ears. Very unprofessional and discourteous. At 4:30 a.m. when I went out for coffee, the coffee in the main lobby was cold. Appeared that it had been there overnight without being refreshed. The spa was not working. In fact, it was drained with a keep out sign. The bathroom appeared unclean with several hairs located on the floor and in the tub. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The free breakfast was good. There was nothing for families. The lack of an indoor pool made the trip undesirable This hotel is perfect for business travelers or as a last minute resort. HOwever there was not any luxuries for romance or fun family things for families. Despite the current economic crisis in our country families such as ours look for an affordable fun place to go during breaks. So considering we had 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 10 the family fun was a high priority for our trip! The Nashville Zoo was wonderful but the hotel was a disppointment! We were under the assumption that there was an indoor pool from the pictures provided by priceline. SO when there was not an indoor pool or anything of the sort the children were very let down!!

we have traveled on business almost weekly for the past 20 years. this is one of only 2 that we have had to talk to the management about! it absolutely does not deserve the choice gold award. filthy and trashed. mold in the bathtub area. carpet so bad we could not walk barefoot. horrible. the only plus was the sheets! they were smooth! go a couple exits south and the sleep in is great!

The halls look like they hadn't been swept in a week and weren't cleaned in the two days I was there. There was trash and litter laying in the hallway which no one bothered to pick up. My room's security lock had been broken off and replaced. No work was done to patch the area where the previous lock had been located and the new lock was difficult to operate. On top of that, unless you really pulled hard, the door wouldn't close completely.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Can't think of anything. We will definately be using this hotel again. We brought our youth group to attend Acquire the Fire at the Municipal Auditorium and location was perfect.

My sister and I and her two teenage daughters stayed here with the purpose of visiting local Nashville universities. There is really nothing to rave about the hotel nor anything to really rant about either. THe place seemed clean but definitely needs some updating and renovatiions. THe continental breakfast was actually pretty decent - quite a few choices. This hotel served it's purpose - a place to sleep for one night. It is in a good location and right off the highway.

We stay at this hotel during the Vanderbilt graduation weekend. Hotel offered a room for four at a reasonable price. The highlight was the breakfast--better than most. The hotel is starting to show a little age. The best asset is the location.

Location. First day in room bathroom had someone else's dna. Ok if you are not spending much time in the room. Could be cleaner. Front staff was nice.

All hotel very worn, dirty.Non-smoking room REEKED of smoke-ashtray even in room.Stained blanket-body fluids.Stained furniture.Uncomfortable bed.Mildew in tub.Curtain not long enough so sign shines in bright. Was told no other room available. Most of staff need hospitality training.

Location. Walls, carpet, and bed spread had stains. Not clean.

The hotel needs remodeling but was affordable. The staff was friendly but lacking in giving information about the hotel upon your arrival.

One employee was nice. Room not cleaned, employee rude repeatedly, TV didn't work, sheets dingy gray, carpet dirty. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in; I would never recommend this hotel. Front desk staff is rude, hangs up on you anytime you call them. No smiles, no thank you, no nothing. Rooms are not cleaned daily, carpets dirty, TV intermittent. Towels and sheets have holes in them. The only good thing about this hotel was the locations to the freeway.

Friendly staff, nice entry and good location. Whirlpool was broken and staff did not know about it. Fine place to stay but bathroom tile was a bit sick to look at. Needed some repair and maintenance. That was a bit sloppy on their part. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the comfort level of the room and the staff and location.

NA Smoke smell, burned sheets, leaky air conditioner, stale muffins, no clean towels, etc. Terrible.

Rooms were kept clean and even smelled clean. Neighbors were very loud all night. This went on each night I stayed there. Clean, very friendly staff, good location.
