I thought the hotel was a little overpriced. The air conditioner didn't work that well and the elevator didn't work that well.

I'm sorry there truly wasn't anything positive about our stay there. Refrigerator was broke,TV remote was broke, shower had mold. Ceiling looked like it was about to fall in. The bed was awful what else.

The room was okay and comfortable until we noticed an unmentionable spot on the bedspread. When we asked for a clean set, the front desk person made me come and get it. Not very good service and not exactly clean.

Staff was amazingly helpful and very nice. This hotel was not the cleanest and obviously in disrepair, but the staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly.

Great staff, nice location to beach. Shower, pool, and hot tub were not good. Overall this hotel was a nice stay for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was across the street from the ocean, however, there is not an ocean view room. The views are of the parking lot, but I didn't mind because I spent my time outside. The hotel is within walking distance from the beach and just a few blocks down from some really good restaurants. (Landry's Steak and Seafood is great!) The only real problem that I found with the hotel was that the shower in our room was broken. And the pool/hot tub were not functioning correctly. The pool was warm instead of cool and the hot tub was ice cold! But other than that, it was a good value for the money.

The beds were comfortable and clean. Black mold was on the ceiling above the shower. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The still need to clean up mold problems from Hurricane Ike.

The staff was very willing to fix problems. ACdid not work roaches in room needed updating,painting and cleaning. We ended up at anther hotel owned by the same people that was new clean and aw some good all around. It was the candle wood suits.

patio. Mostly everything. Terrible service, rude staff, not super clean. I was not impressed at all. The rooms are not well kept at all. I will never ever, ever go back again to this hotel.

Nice place to spend a week. The food was not good enough for the price what we paid. This isa good hotel and everything is more like a motel.The pool is nice but to small for.

Location. Poorly maintained and dirty. Location on the sea wall was great. The sheets were dirty, door and railing to balcony broken, smoke detector missing, people in the halls and parking area at all times, and people cooking in rooms. This would be a nice place to stay if it was better taken care of.

Across from the beach. A little outdated. This hotel was a great value for the money. It was a little further down the Seawall than I would have liked, but was still in an excellent location across from the beach. It was close to Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens. The room was a little outdated, but very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find, covered parking. The employee at the breakfast area could not help us with something we needed. She did not speak English and she was on her cell phone the entire time. I would stay there again.

We liked the location across from the beach, a block from wall mart and sonic on one side and McDonalds on other. The sing that said do not take food to your room from the breakfast bar and the low quality of the breakfast being offered. Over all a nice stay, we would stay here again, clean room, great location, good price.

Close to the beach. Not enough tables to sit at during breakfast & no drinks in the machines. Close to the beach, however, the drink machines finally were filled after we had been there for 3 days. Continental breakfast was good, but there were not enough tables to sit at.

Leaving it was the best thing about it. Mold was growing in picture frames, filthy rooms, bugs were everywhere. I took my wife on a weekend get away for her birthday. The sad thing is we were wishing to get away from this comfort inn & suits. There was mold growing in the picture frames, the room was filthy, the freeze in the mini fridge had plastic stuck in it, the roaches were everywhere. For the price, it was not worth going. We had the worst night in the hotel you have ever seen. The staff was not help and did not care about anything but collecting money.

Location. Air conditioner/slow elevator. I was traveling with my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. We arrived late at night. The air conditioner didn't work at all. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds, but when they switched us to non-smoking they only had a king. It was very uncomfortable for me and my family. We will not stay there again.

Located across from the beach. Dirty rooms, cracked bathroom tiles. We changed rooms 3 times until we were able to get a room that was cleaned. The first room had broken tiles in the bathroom. The cleaning staff was horrible. For the price it should have been much nicer. We spoke to other guest and they were having the same bad experience and they too had to change rooms several times until they were able to find a suitable one.
